Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter, und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Apartement "Lenz"

The fresh renovated holiday apartment is centrally located in the town of Farchant, 4km from the center of Garmisch. The train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. Guests of Lenz holiday apartment receive a 20% discount on ski rental at Sprenzel ski school in Garmisch.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Sit back and relax in this tranquil, stylish retreat. We put our heart and soul into designing and furnishing our Mountain Spirit holiday apartment. Our house is in a quiet area of ​​Farchant. All shops, as well as the bus stop and the train station, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The gigantic mountain view through the large windows will fascinate you. Everything you need is there, including towels and bed linen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Garmisch-Partenkirchen im Ortsteil Burgrain direkt am Golfplatz und zeichnet sich durch die ruhige Lage sowie einem traumhaften Blick auf die Alpen aus. Die Wohnung wurde 2021 neu renoviert und verfügt über ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie verweilen und im Sommer auch grillen.
