The apartment is within walking distance from Shibah Medical Center. Also Bar Ilan University is close. The bed is queen size with comfortable mattress. The utensils in the kitchen allow preparation of light meals. The apartment is not suitable for infants. It is meant for one or two people only.

Across the street there is the Moshav playground a local truck-cafe.
