The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
