Wendy's home was beautiful. It is set in a stunning location with wonderful views. The house has lots of room and everything you could think of to make your stay exceptional. Wendy was always very quick to respond to any questions I asked. Perfect Airbnb .

This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Anna’s place with our 6 month old and 4 year old children. The house was spacious, stylish and well equipped. My 4 year old loved playing with the duplo, dolls house, trampoline, football and books. It made the world of difference to have her entertained. There are lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby and, of course, the beautiful Southbourne beach which we visited every day. We would love to go back and highly recommend to other families.

It was exactly what we needed and we could make ourselves at home.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Second time here, nice peaceful and quiet area no to busy for location.

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Absolutely fabulous location and host. The views were outstanding from living room/balcony. Lis was always on hand for guidance and recommendations. Lots of fabulous walking and amazing restaurants.

I was lucky enough to attend a conference at a local hotel and wanted somewhere to stay which would give me some privacy and peace and quiet, whilst being close enough to enable me to quickly walk to and from the hotel and local bars and restaurants. Marc's apartment was perfect ! As a regular user of Airbnb l, I can honestly say this was one of the best and most comprehensively equipped places I have stayed. It's beautifully appointed, has great views, a massive bed and everything you could possibly need. Thank you !

Roomy, art-filled flat on a quiet, family-friendly street in Kensal Green. Great kitchen with quality pots and pans, super well stocked for cooking. Comfy upstairs kids’ room and three bathrooms (upstairs, hall, and en suite) made for an easy, relaxed stay. Clean, with a good shower and thoughtful touches. Great coffee table books and fun art throughout. Easy walk to markets, a sweet local library, playgrounds nearby, and the Kensal Green tube (7 mins). About a 20-min walk to Queen’s Park and a quick bus to Portobello/Notting Hill. Quentin was warm and helpful, met us on arrival, stocked basics like eggs, bread, and cereal, and shared great local tips including where to walk, eat, and how to get to Heathrow. He reached out during our stay. Flexible with luggage drop-off, though we didn’t need it. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend!

Accueil chaleureux, appartement très propre et entièrement conforme à l’annonce. Au calme nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 nuits à 2 adultes et en enfant. Eric est disponible et très agréable. Commerces juste à côté. La région vaut le détour Saint-Malo, Le Mont Saint-Michel, même la météo a été chouette! Je recommande ce logement sans problème! We had a lovely stay and felt right at home. Nice and quiet whilst still being only a short walk from Dalston junction station and cafes and restaurants. Also was able to pay in advance to park nearby and felt safe to leave the car. Would definitely stay again

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

Amanda's flat was perfect for us- very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and instructions on appliances were clear and easy to use. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very at home in the flat. Amanda was very attentive and responsive. The neighborhood is very quiet but near to the overground and a short walk to the Bakerloo line. Chamberlayne Road has most everything you need for a comfortable stay. We hope to stay again when we next visit.

What an amazing place, accomodation was perfect, Sue is a great host . Very helpful with parking of our 2 vans . We had the perfect week of weather to site and chill . Can not recommend enough .

Would highly recommend this property Lou and Graham were always very responsive throughout the whole process and took the trouble to make several local eatery recommendations. The flat was really lovely, clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Great location to explore the island and would definitely stay here again if we were to revisit.

Great flat with easy access to everything in the centre of Woolacombe. Short walk to the beach (even with a surfboard!). Free parking. Easy to find and get access to the property. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there aren't many steps and easy enough to get up there without any hassles. The flat is light and airy with good sized bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Nice touch with tea, coffee, milk, cereals and biscuits on arrival. Great communication and fantastic host will definitely be visiting again!

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Lovely apartment, great location - few minutes walk to the beach and local shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nicola is a great host and was kind enough to provide a high chair, cot bed and bouncer for our babies. The stairs up to the apartment were tricky for us to navigate with two small babies and 2 strollers, but besides that we had a wonderful time!
