Empuriabrava: aluguel por temporada de chalés

Logement très agréable et extrêmement propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un super séjour. Dans le centre de Llança et vraiment tout près (à quelques mètres !) de la plage. Idéal aussi pour rayonner dans la région. Montse est très sympathique et accueillante. Je recommande !

Hôte très réactif et arrangeant. Logement impeccable, très propre. Le linge de lit, housse de canapé, nappe sentait le propre. Tous les matelas était protégé par des alésées ça en dis l’on sur l’hygiène irréprochable de la maison. Petit point négatif, rue très passante mais ça se paye avec la proximité de tous les commerces. Vacances sans voiture. Je recommande vivement se logement.

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de la Costa Brava. La casa está a escasos minutos del pueblo de bello pueblo de Llafranc. Aunque es necesario coger el coche, en la zona hay varios supermercados grandes, tiendas y todo tipo de servicios. La casa es muy grande, cómoda y con el menaje necesario para cocinar. Estuvimos genial en la casa de Aureli y él se mostró en todo momento atento a nuestras necesidades. Recomiendo sin duda este alojamiento y ojalá en el futuro tengamos la oportunidad de volver a disfrutar de esta casa.

Sylvie et Jordy sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants, il sont été réactifs sur de petits problèmes fonctionnels . les 3 salles de bains sont parfaites pour le nombre de chambre. l'environnement est calme et proche de tout, magasin ,plage etc... logement parfait pour des familles nombreuses ou des groupes d'amis .

Great place to have rest with kids (playground, swimming pool, and football field - all at a walking distance). Xavi is a great host, very flexible and available. There was a TV set in each room, even in the kitchen :) The place is very quiet and well located (I recommend visiting Castelló d'Empúries, a small medieval town nearby). Great experience! Joan en Joana zijn zeer aangename hosts. Steeds beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden of problemen op te lossen, zowel voor als tijdens het verblijf! Het huis is perfect voor een vakantie aan de Costa Brava. Het zwembad is zalig, ook voor kleinere kinderen. De slaapkamers zijn fris en de aanwezigheid van de airco is zeker een pluspunt. De twee badkamers zijn ook een enorme meerwaarde. De buitenruimte is gezellig voor warme zomeravonden, inclusief BBQ en twee terrassen. Aanwezige garage voor de auto en lift zijn zeer handig. Enkel de keuken is wat verouderd, maar alles is aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Bedankt, Joan en Joana, dat we onze zomervakantie bij jullie konden doorbrengen.

Excellente communication avec l hôte. La maison était propre et très bien équipée. L espace exterieur était vraiment très agreable dans un environnement calme et paisible. Proche des axes pour se rendre à Roses ou L escala. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup Jordi

Spacious and well-equipped villa with a lovely pool and outdoor terrace areas - and the most fantastic views over L'Almadrava beach and beyond. The weather was hot but we were provided with a fan for each bedroom and this, along with the breezy position, ensured that the temperature was comfortable throughout our stay. The town of Roses is very attractive and the surrounding coastline is stunning. A really beautiful place to spend a holiday.

Aunque la casa tenía un par de detalles que diferían de lo que vimos en la fotos (el césped no estaba en tan bien estado y no había manguera), hemos estado muy a gusto las 3 familias con los 5 niños pequeños repartidos entre la 5 habitaciones de la casa.

what a great House! the location was superb, close to lots of great places to visit and at the same time nested in a really quiet location. the house itself is large and very well distributed with outdoor access from nearly every room. lovely outdoor space and a huge plot for the kids to play around. The only thing I will point out is that the appliances needs and update, aside of that 10 out of 10

I recently enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the home. The hosts, Adrian and Eduard, take great pride in maintaining their property, making it a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Another highlight is the house's location. Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Costa Brava, it offers easy access to serene nature and local culture. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and charming villages while having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. The house is spacious and beautifully designed, making it perfect for families. With ample room for everyone to relax and unwind, we found it an ideal setting for quality family time. The bright and airy atmosphere, along with stunning views. The Pool was also amazing, well kept as well as the rest of the house. It was an overall wonderful experience for our entire family!! The villa is located out of town in a very nice area . There is a cafe and patisserie under a local block of flats. Supermarket a short walk away was well stocked with bread meat and groceries. Half an hour walk gets you into Girona but there is a direct bus service a short walk from the villa on the main road into town. The house is a real treat ,it is modern and contains some beautiful art work. We did not use the garden area as it was still cool outside but there is seating and a barbeque area. Salvador and his wife were great hosts.

We spent Easter break at Casa Rosa with my sister’s family and my partner’s family, so we needed a spacious and comfortable place — and Casa Rosa was perfect. We had a wonderful time! The kids absolutely loved it and kept saying they wanted to come back. The house is beautifully decorated with charming antique furniture, full of character and warmth. The location is excellent, and communication with the host was always prompt and easy. We highly recommend Casa Rosa and would definitely love to return!

This is an absolute gem of a find. The place is perfect for relaxing and managing the hot summer days. The garden is beautifully maintained with lots to keep children busy and engaged. The pool is beautiful and so perfect to relax in. The location is very close to San Pert and about a 20 min walk to the beach but we had a hire car so didn’t do the walk. Would definitely recommend and would come back without hesitation.

Very good location. Very quiet and still a good distance to the beach. The house is very good equipped: A lot of kitchen utensils. Contact to "Sa Punta Costa Brava S.L." was working without any problems and the speed of answer was extremely good. Check-In and Check-out worked without a problem. We felt at home and it would be likely that we would come again to this place in case we will visit Costa Brava again.

Magnifique maison, très propre, avec une vue incroyable ! Nous avons passées un super séjour dans cette maison qui est un petit havre de paix. Le seul bémol sont les travaux de la maison d'à côté qui commençaient très tôt et de la luminosité de la chambre du haut qui nous réveillaient tôt le matin. Maison très agréable et bien équipée. Belle vue mer et terrasses permettant de profiter du soleil ou de manger à l’abri du soleil ou de la pluie. Il y a deux salles de bains mais une seule comporte un WC. Un bémol pour la décoration un peu vétuste

Apartment well equipped and located (15m walk from the beach). Very pleasant for a family of four or six. We were very well received by Elisabete. Excellent outdoor space. We would return without hesitation.
