Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

We stayed for a few days after getting married in Estes...and we absolutely loved this beautiful, private, scenic, unique cabin. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub and views really made this an unforgettable getaway. Jill was wonderful and we will most certainly be back to stay!! Lovely place!!

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time on our week stay. The house is located in a beautiful spot close to Breckenridge skiing and FairPlay fishing, and the community around it are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Truly an amazing experience!

It was a perfect stay tucked away in the Rockies with my family of 5, plus in-laws. The glacier hike is in walking distance from the house (you can also drive the few minutes to the parking lot and pay $20 to park). Peaceful creek next to the house. Plenty of space in the house with games, stocked kitchen, and the little touches that feel like home (shower soaps, spices, laundry soaps, etc). It's a 20 minute drive up the mountain from Idaho Springs but there are lots of things to do and see within 30 minutes. We loved our trip and are so thankful that Austin & fam shared their lovely home!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful cabin! It was perfect for me and my four friends, plus our two dogs. The cabin is cozy and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sledding with the sleds they provided was so much fun and a highlight of our trip — a great way to enjoy the snowy surroundings! We also loved the grill, which was perfect for outdoor cooking, and the hot tub was the cherry on top after a day of outdoor adventures. The host was also super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends (and dogs)! We’ll definitely be back.

This was a very peaceful, quiet home. Extremely clean, pup friendly and full of spa-like amenities. We loved the fireplace, cozy blankets, room/shower sprays, white noise machines and diffusers in every bedroom, giant comfy dog beds for our fur baby. Don’t forget the towel warmer before you hit the pristine hot tub with provided robes and towels. Brooke was very communicative, not that we needed to reach out for much. The property is on a dirt road but was very easy to find and we kept GPS signal the entire drive there from Denver. The WiFi worked perfectly the whole time. Ceiling fans work wonders and there is a small fan in the main bedroom for extra flow and white noise at night. No TV in the main bedroom but we slept with door open and could see the TV in bed perfectly. The mountain air more than Made up for no AC at night. All in all, we had an amazing, relaxing time outside the city and would definitely book again. Don’t hesitate, book this property now!

We loved the easy drive to Breckenridge—it was so nice to step away from the busy town and unwind in a peaceful, private retreat. The cabin had everything we needed and more: plush towels, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, games, and plenty of hooks for gear. The dog bowls, treats, and bed were such a thoughtful touch. The little notes around the home gave us a laugh and added charm. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our dogs—cozy and comfortable. We were especially excited for the hot tub and sauna after snowboarding. On night one, we only used the sauna—it was relaxing but didn’t get as hot as others we’ve used. The next night, we returned to find a heater running to the hot tub that wasn't there before and the jets not working. I messaged Amy, who responded quickly and let us know the hot tub had broken and the service team hadn’t told her. She offered a remedy, which we appreciated. Still had a lovely time—just wish the amenities had worked as expected.

Christopher's place was just wonderful! We went as a family of four to celebrate our two children's birthdays. The house was cozy, peaceful, relaxing and had everything we needed to prepare meals the entire 4 nights we were there, I was even able to make two birthday cakes! I did bring my own cake pans and just in case but this house is so well stocked- air fryer Crock-Pot, hand mixer, blender, toaster coffee maker French press... you name it, it's there. Christopher is a very responsive and helpful host, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, my children were sad to leave and for me one of the highlights was the cute little fox visitor we had hang out on our deck for 15 minutes. if you're thinking about booking this place just book it, you'll be glad you did.

I highly recommend a stay here!!! It is easy to get to, close to some good hiking, Breckenridge and Fairplay. Also kind of private, on some beautiful land. The hot tub was amazing on our clear sky nights. Highly recommended.

Jesse’s home was comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was wonderful for our family, and we enjoyed the large open living room with the a-frame windows to admire the view. The home was very well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials needed to cook at home - there was even tea & coffee available for us. Just 5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge, can’t beat this location. 10/10!

We had a great time at Danae's cabin! We were there for a long weekend, skiing at Loveland and it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. The house was one of the most well stocked AirBnb's I've every stayed at -- from the kitchen to the amount of bath towels and even a closet full of toys and games for the kids. Will definitely be back!

If you’re planning a trip to Breckenridge, I would highly recommend this place! Vanessa was very friendly and always quick to respond! The location is an easy 5 minute drive to Main Street with lots to do! Overall, we had a great experience and will happily rent again next time we’re in the area.

We needed a place to stay last minute & was blessed to find this place. The 2 king beds drew us in. It was clean & tidy. Everything was as described. Floors have a slight slant to them but everything else was real good.

Sharon and team were absolutely great to work with. I did have a few changes that made it clunky for them, but they went with it and never showed any frustration. I really like the place. Two bedrooms were very comfortable and my Son loved the sleeping arrangement in the upstairs living area with all the incredible views. My Lab loved it. My boys liked it. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

This place was great! Checking in is super easy, and easy to get to. We had 6 guests, and there were plenty of beds and space to not feel on top of each other. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals which was great as well. Would definitely go back when I head to Breck in the future!

This place is truly beautiful with stunning views on all sides. Everything matches the description and photos provided. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot with good pressure. The only thing I might suggest is having a slightly comfier couch, but it is a pullout so those are often less comfy than a traditional couch. We were often adventuring around the area during the day so it did not matter much to us anyway 😊 We had a slight hiccup where we unexpectedly had snow one morning and then the heater stopped working, but Jay was so responsive and immediately worked with us to figure out a solution. We were able to make things work but Jay had alternative options on standby for us, which made us feel super comfortable and taken care of. He is super communicative and helpful - a truly stellar host who checks in to ensure things are going well. We loved our time here and seriously cannot say enough about the view and location!!

This is a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for something in nature with great access to nearby skiing. It’s quaint but works as a nice home base.

Everything was as expected…I had a beautiful stay. Austin and Victoria did a great job remodeling this old cabin…it is comfortable, warm, cozy and feels like home. Wi-Fi and smart tv worked great. As they mention in their description, there is no cell phone service (at least not ATT). Cabin is back about 6 miles on CO 103, and you will loose your signal about 2 miles back. But wifi is strong and easily fast enough for WiFi calling/ FaceTime. Than you!

Jared’s cabin is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space is incredibly cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained—perfect for unwinding. Jared provided thorough instructions that made everything super easy to navigate from start to finish. And the stunning Mountain Views were the cherry on top! I highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay! Great host! Had one little problem at the first but had a phone number to call and answered first call, problem was fixed within 5 mins! SUPER Responsive! Russ is great! Many more listings in the area also owned by Russ! Check them out! Oh yeah, and the Hot Tub for this place was amazing after a day of skiing! Close enough to the slopes to drive to also! Stay out of the clutter of Breckenridge and come to laid back fairplay!

This was a great place to recharge - it's very remote and quiet and it's surrounded by wildlife and beautiful mountains. We would definitely stay here again!
