Eastbourne: aluguel por temporada de townhouses

This was a return visit to this lovely house. The house is bright, clean, well equipped, and not cluttered at all. The kitchen is bright and has everything you'd need. Old Town is a lovely area of Eastbourne. We are a family of four, the bedroom set up is perfect for us. There are nice playgrounds in Gildredge Park and the nearby recreation ground (i forget the name). Recommended :)

We used to live in Brighton and decided to rent a house this visit, having usually stayed with friends. This house did not disappoint! We have a 10 month old baby and also brought our labrador. The house was absolutely great! It is very spacious, in a great location for the beach and town, & extremely well-equipped. Towels and bedding are good quality & the beds are very comfortable. I particularly appreciated that, unlike the majority of holiday rentals, there was a great selection of spices and other things helpful for cooking. There was also a generous selection of bathroom essentials and lovely reed diffusers in every room. You can tell that a lot of care and thought has been put into providing everything you could wish for to make your holiday easy and enjoyable. Graham was excellent at keeping in touch when we had questions. He left a number of fresh groceries for our arrival, which was so appreciated. We would stay again without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Candy box for my hen weekend! it's a very unusual townhouse shape based over like 4 floors but every room has its own flare. we used the top bedroom as our main hang out space for 14 of us & were able to sit round the couches/table before going out on the town. On the first night there was some difficultly with the pull out sofa upstairs. The host very kindly after some messages back & forth with no success getting the pillows out came out to help as they lived very close by. Be aware when staying that a few of the beds are in the kitchen living areas so would highly recommend pre planning who goes in what room to ensure older family members get a proper bed rather than the sofa beds. Would definitely stay here again. 10-15 min walk from the train station & short walk to anything we went to that weekend.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und authentische Gastgeberin, die sich um die Gäste und deren Wohlergehen kümmert. Stetig erreichbar über email und Telefon. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Wohlfühleffekt. Das habe ich von einem alten englischen Haus erwartet. Viel Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Trubel am Palace Pier und ganz viele Shops und pubs etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Ganz tolle Unterkunft für 8 Tage oder mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht ins Hotel möchte.

We had a Great stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, as detailed and was in an ideal location. Liz & Andrew were great hosts, returned communications promptly and always very helpful. We will book this accommodation again on the next visit to Rye, if available. Highly recommended

Joannan asunto oli juuri sellainen kuin luvattu. Se oli erittäin siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu. Keittiössä oli kaikki tarvittava, kylpyhuone oli valoisa ja tilava. Joanna vastasi nopeasti ja oli hyvin ystävällinen ja huolehtiva. Hän antoi hyviä vinkkejä paikallisista kaupoista ja ravintoloista. Talo on rinteessä, joten kiipeämään joutuu pakostakin jonkin verran. Vietimme todella mukavat kuusi päivää hänen asunnossaan ja voimme mieluusti suositella sekä asuntoa että Joannaa emäntänä.

Charlie was a super host, she was very personable and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Location was perfect for us, very walkable for local amenities which were great. There’s quite a steep hill just around the corner and down towards the station, it was no issue at all for us but something to consider if you’re not quite so mobile. The house was nicely furnished with all the facilities you’d expect or need. I would totally recommend a stay in Charlie’s great house in Brighton. I’d say if I were being super critical it was a little dusty in places, but definitely not anything that’d stop us booking to stay again. Thank you very much Charlie, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very close to the train station and the Lanes. The beach is a 10–15 minute walk, but the walk is very nice because you can go through the Lanes, which is full of cool local stores and places to eat or have a coffee. There are lots of pubs nearby, and a 24/7 convenience store just outside the building. At first, we didn’t know how to turn on the heating, but we sent a message to the owner, and he explained - there were instructions on how to turn it on, but all the radiators were turned off. Everything else in the house was great and clean. There is a nice terrace with a view where you can smoke or have a coffee.

Super place, immaculate presentation, very comfy beds, gorgeous linen, lovely welcome pack, great overnight stay! Alexis was so kind and accommodating around our need to check in early so we could change and get to a wedding on time, so really appreciated that! Great host, great place, fab value for money.

Very quiet house, as described, and very comfortable inside. Parking space was clearly marked. EV charging in local car parks, a very short walk away. Would stay again.

Fantastic host. Amazing communication and just the best location Beautiful lay out and thoughtful games and books for kids which was a lovely plus. Would highly recommended and will be returning.

Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in, everything was so well thought out. The house has everything you and more. The bedrooms are really cute, each having their own theme and super comfy. The host was amazing from day 1, we got a welcome pack that had everything we needed and he was there to greet us with cake and fizz as it was my birthday. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I even got a message from everyone one I came with, to say thank you to the host!!

Had an amazing stay with my family at Captain’s house. It feels like a real experience, very old worldly and grand. Super lovely hosts who were clear with their instructions, and it was all just easy and pleasant.

Joanne's pretty cottage is comfortable and inviting, being well fitted out and cosy. It's in easy reach of pubs, restaurants and shops, and public transport to/from Brighton is easy. In addition to the amenities listed, there is the added convenience of a downstairs lavatory. Joanne was very helpful, responding promptly to all my enquiries. All in all, an excellent host for a great stay.

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

Great location. We didn’t use the car once which is the sign of a good break. We managed to find a parking space less than 1 minute walk away which was ideal. House was lovely. Beds comfy and felt like home after a few days. Loved all the houseplants too. We didn’t use the garden or balcony as it was cold but would be great in warmer months. Pumpkin was well behaved too. Thank you.

We felt right at home in this great split-level home. The sunny roof terrace and sea view from some windows was a real bonus. Everything was immaculate and super practical - thank you for a great base in Brighton and Hove.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. C’était parfait, nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette si jolie et cosy maison, très propre, très fonctionnelle et très confortable. Avec un beau petit jardin. Bravo à Jill pour la rénovation ! Jill a aussi toujours été réactive et nous a parfaitement accompagnés, le processus d’accueil est très bon. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte de Brighton et de ses environs. Nous sommes également allés à Londres, c’était vraiment facile avec la gare de Portslade à moins de 10 min à pied. Il y a aussi des commerces à proximité. Les permis de stationnement fournis par Jill nous ont été très utiles étant venus de France en voiture. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps et espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir dans cette maison !

A great place to stay for a family break. The decoration throughout is beautiful and we felt at home straight away. We loved the front room especially and that we could all sit together at the table for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be going back.

We had a great time in Brighton and this house was such an ideal place for us to stay! Right near the laines and walkable to the pier too! Great find!
