Donje Selo: aluguel por temporada com lavadora e secadora

Our stay was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was extremely clean, light and spacious. Lovely pool with sun all day. The beach and and shop are both less than 4 minute walk away. The old town is 20-30mins taxi so it depends what you want from your trip. We enjoyed being able to chill in the day and then visit the old town a couple of times during our 5 day stay. Ubers are very cheap in Croatia so we weren’t too worried about the distance. Thank you for a very easy and relaxing stay!

Dit appartement is echt waanzinnig gaaf. Een sper mooie plek met terras boven op het appartement met uitzicht op de oude stad en aan de andere kant de middellandse zee. Vanaf hier loop je in ca 10 minuten naar de binnen stad, door de oude steegjes (alles is hier vrijwel autoluw). Daarnaast zijn het super aardige eigenaren, een waar feestje om hier te mogen verblijven. De aanrader voor iedereen die naar Split gaat! Echt super gave plek!

Le logement est incroyable, j'y retournerais avec plaisir ! Silvana et son fils ont à cœur de bien nous accueillir et nous faire sentir comme chez soi. Le logement est à entre la vieille ville et la colline Marjan idéal pour visiter la ville de Split et aller se relaxer dans la colline et la plage ! Le logement est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, petit bonus en été pour la terrasse qui permet de se relaxer après une journée de visite.

Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

Чудове помешкання, дуже просторе та має все необхідне для тривалого проживання - навіть машинку для сушки одягу. Безперечно, одна з найкращих квартир, де ми зупинялись. Є місце для паркування авто. Господарі дуже привітні та завжди були готові допомогти, якщо виникали проблеми

The location was great. Paola was extremely responsive to all of our questions and had great insight. Our luggage was lost and when it arrived we weren’t going to be back for hours and was able to open the door and place the luggage inside. Usually I don’t ask lots of questions but there were things I couldn’t find so I’d ask her and she’d respond so quickly. My boys loved the hot tub! We were close enough to old town but were able to have a peaceful quiet night. There are restaurants within a stones throw that were good. I would 100% recommend this place and huge thank you to Paola! We love Croatia and it was such a beautiful first trip!

Le logement est magnifique, encore plus beau en vrai. La terrasse de l'étage avec le jacuzzi et la vue sont incroyables Tout est impeccable le logement est propre, le linge sent bon, il y a tout le nécessaire. A proximité se trouvent des supermarchés et l'axe principal pour circuler. Marijana a été une hote particulièrement attentionnée et réactive, nous la remercions. N'hésitez pas !

Great place with an amazing outdoor space!!! Just few minutes walk from beautiful beaches. We were two couple and a 3 years old kid and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Really recommended!

Superbe séjour dans cette belle villa. Propre, facile d’accès et idéalement située entre aéroport et la ville de Split, nous recommandons cette villa. Notre hôte était très à l’écoute et prenait régulièrement des nouvelles. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine très bien entretenue. Les deux salles d’eau sont très pratiques. Les deux terrasses et le coin barbecue sont très agréables. La proximité du chemin de fer n’est pas un gros problème car il y a peu de passage. Le village de Kastel Stari comprend un beau bord de mer et un bel arrière pays avec de belles randonnées. Très bon séjour.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, haben uns direkt bei der Ankunft durch die Wohnung geführt und Empfehlungen für sämtliche Restaurants und Unternehmungen mitgegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Først og fremmest er Ulrich en fantastisk vært og er meget professionel. Vi ankom tidligere til Sutivan end forventet og fik lov til at checke ind med det samme. Boligen er meget luksuriøs. Vi har været på øen mange gange og har ikke boet bedre end vi gjorde her. Boligen ligger i et meget stille kvarter og der er ingen trafik eller andre former for støj, hvilket vi synes var meget skønt. Derudover bor man tæt på flere strande og indkøbsmuligheder. I boligen finder du alt hvad i har brug for og meget mere. Vi grillede flere aftener og nød terrasserne. Værelserne var store og med gode og moderne badeværelser. Du vil ikke fortryde at booke denne bolig - og ville ønske at du blive når du skal hjem. Vi vil bestemt komme tilbage. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Absolutely stunning. The love put into the Green Dream can be felt both inside and outside. Simply fantastic garden, stunning decor inside. Great for all ages. Easy access to restaurants and Split. We hope to be back. Thanks so much to Ana for letting us open the season and feeding us an amazing traditional dinner.

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

Iris was an amazing host, she was very responsive and kind. Her place was just like the pictures so clean and functional for the two of us! The bed was very comfortable and the 1.5 bathrooms was super convenient. The location was also very walkable to any place we wanted to go. We would absolutely recommend her space to anyone staying in split!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, wszystko jest pod ręka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament czysty, nowo urządzony. Pani Magda zawsze odpowiadała na pytania.

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben tipptopp bisher nichts besseres bei Airbnb gehabt . In der Hauptsaison könnte es etwas lauter werden. Von der darüberliegenden Wohnung hört man bisschen was beim Stühlerücken, nicht dramatisch, aber für den ein oder anderen eine wichtige Information. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
