Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Most beautiful view of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Loved the ocean breeze, stunning sunsets and hearing the waves crashing on the shore. The drive way is pretty steep and too narrow for my comfort and so I used the extra space on the street for the week. It worked out fine. Excellent communication with the host. Make sure you visit the private beach down the street. Taco place at the corner before the hill is excellent. Check them out on Tuesdays for a great deal. Monday nights is the craft fair. Worth checking out. Bought beautiful handmade cutting board. Rented my car from Economy across from the taco place. Excellent customer service. Paid $379 for eight days with airport drop off.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was lovely — beautifully styled, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view was spectacular, offering a high vantage point over the beach that made every sunrise and sunset feel special. It's also in a great location, very close to all the best beaches around Potrero and Las Catalinas. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved our time at Camille’s place! It’s incredible and I can’t say enough how clean everything was, how safe we felt, how helpful/kind/friendly the hosts were, and how beautiful it is. We traveled with two children and they loved the pool and we felt completely safe and at home here. Such a wonderful area to stay in CR as well.

I stayed here with three friends for a girls’ trip, and we loved the outdoor living experience. The pool was amazing and felt very private. Overall, this was a great place to stay—we all agreed that the house made our trip even better. It was one of our favorite parts! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this little beachfront property. The sunsets were unbelievable! We were visited by cats and dogs and birds. We got to watch locals enjoy the beach on the Sunday that we arrived and we were even invited to join the bonfire. It was a great place to end our vacation!

Pristine condo! 4 adults and 5 teenage boys fit comfortably. Short drive to the beach, security is awesome, pool was perfect. Highly recommend.

Beach front in Playa Potrero! One of four ground level units in condo. The pool and grass lawn are wonderful. The long black sand beach has baseball size and smaller rocks in the surf, but there aren’t any large rock structures in the area the waves crash. At high tide only sand is in the crashing waves. The unit has quality furniture and cookware. The grill is cleaned daily as well as general cleaning and maintenance of the common grounds. Eating out in the area is very pricey. The condo has the kitchen and outdoor gas grill to stop at the Walmart or Costco in Liberia for groceries and use the nearby San Martin Butcher for wonderful family meals!

Wir haben während unserer Rundreise durch Costa Rica leider nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht – wären aber sehr gerne länger geblieben! Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und privat, perfekt zum Entspannen. Julieta und Elmer waren tolle Gastgeber und haben super schnell geantwortet 🙂 Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt – die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und es gab sogar extra Handtücher für den Pool 🏊‍♀️ Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort – klare Empfehlung! ☀️

Can't say enough good things about Vanessa's place. This is a great stay for two families with a separate private apartment upstairs and great common room for both families downstairs. Go from pool to beach and back again and the sunsets are unreal. Vanessa is a super host. perfect stay- highly recommended!!!

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein – dabei kann man sogar Vögel beobachten! Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe, was super praktisch ist. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Besuch eines freundlichen Hundes – die Familie kümmert sich liebevoll um streunende Tiere in der Umgebung, und ein Teil der Einnahmen geht sogar an einen Tierschutzverein. Hier zu übernachten ist also nicht nur schön, sondern unterstützt auch einen guten Zweck. Das Haus war makellos sauber – nicht ein einziger Käfer im ganzen Haus! Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt und können diesen Ort absolut weiterempfehlen.

Kimberly’s place was spacious and virtually perfect. Loved the design and kitchen had EVERYTHING! Pool great. We even had monkeys outside our kitchen window! Only minor issues were water pressure/temp control in master bath and a loud A/C in master bedroom (I use ear plugs so it didn’t bother me but my partner had some difficulty sleeping the one night with it).

The place is charming, very clean and tidy, and the smell of wood is pleasant. Very comfortable and beautiful. The view is spectacular. A very safe and lovely place, with many trails, a golf course, and a beach club with a pool, restaurant, and spa. The apartment has a washing machine and a very well-equipped kitchen. The beds are king-size and very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom only has hot water, so if you want cold or cool water, you'll need to use the second bathroom. The beach is far from the apartment, but the walk to the beach club is worth it. Chris always responded to our questions and was very kind and approachable. We really liked it and will definitely return.

David was easy to coordinate with, told us everything we needed to know, and even carried our bags after a long drive and days of adventuring! The condo was spotless and temperature controls were easy. Views out the front windows and from the pools are beautiful. While we weren't there long enough to cook, it looked like the kitchen was very well stocked - thank you for the bag of coffee so we could enjoy a cup by the pool each morning! We appreciated the beach towels and the ability to do our laundry before heading back. Very pleased with our choice of accomodations for our short time in Playa Flamingo!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The condo was so clean and comfortable and we didn’t have a single complaint. Would 100% return and I look forward to checking out the hosts other rental properties.

This condo is in an excellent location, close to the main road but still quiet. Small grocery store located right across the street and many great coffee shops and restaurants all within a short walk. The condo itself is quite nice as well, perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics needed for cooking.

Mark, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place. The view from our second-floor balcony was breathtaking! Sitting there, sipping my morning coffee, was the perfect way to start my day. Ocotal Beach is a charming and clean little beach. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Ana la anfitriona siempre pendiente de nuestras consultas al igual que doña Judit que nos recibió en el lugar, ambas muy amables. Apartamento full equipado, muy limpio, ordenado, zona muy tranquila y de fácil acceso, cercanía con el centro de El Coco (supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes), ubicación perfecta para movilizarse a otras playas (Hermosa, Panamá, Buena, etc.), a 1 hora máximo de las playas del Polo Turístico Papagayo (Prieta, Virador, Nacascolo, etc.). Nosotros incluso fuimos hasta La Cruz. La verdad lo recomiendo 100%.

Laurie's condo is clean and well-equipped - kitchen has lots of pots and pans, everything you need in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The pictures and description is very accurate. The pool is very cute and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Laundry room is clean and affordable. There is a convenient store right across the street and a nice a pizza restaurant downstairs. We met and made friends with many people during our stay, and we were fortunate enough to go on a few out-trips to surrounding beaches. We had a great 2-month stay.
