the condo was beautiful Diane was a great host answered every question me and my family had and very polite we will for sure rent from her agian for another vacation.

We decided to book an Airbnb last minute and this was such a great find! It was a great location being only a short drive away from so many cute restaurants and beaches, and was the perfect size for 2 people. Very clean and felt very homey.

Was a little leery of staying on the 19th floor, but the elevators are extremely fast. Never had to wait too long for a ride. Jay’s place is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is about parking- which isn’t any fault of Jay. Our stay was less than 24 hours and still had to pay the same fee we would if our stay lasted a week. Prorating for parking would be more favorable.

this was the perfect place for a single couple get away. the balcony had ocean views, and the space was perfect for our needs. It was minutes from a beach that wasn't very crowded (just across the street). it was easy to find and very close to many restaurants and other activities to do. Hosts were extremely responsive to any messages we sent. truly did not have any issues with host or space.

Would definitely stay again. Great place, kind and responsive owners.

We have stayed at many different rental locations and a few in this immediate area. Some were nice, but Chris and Sandi's place here blew us away. The hosts surpass the word friendly! From our late check-in due to vehicle complications to recommendations for restaurants and the special treats left for us, we felt right at home. The condo was spotlessly clean, beautiful and laid out in a very comfortable way. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Great rental on the canal. Walkable to the beach. We enjoyed using their bikes for rides into town and the kayaks for trips around the canal. Rental was well laid out and well furnished.

My adult daughters, granddaughters and mother all stayed comfortably. The weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped. However Shirley had the pool and hot tub nice and warm. Everyone enjoyed time outdoors and just hanging out making memories. Johnson’s beach is super close. We spent a few days there as well. We had everything we needed for our trip to the beach. Coolers, beach chairs, towels and buckets and shovels to build sand castles. The house is so beautiful and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Shirley went above and beyond and had some of our favorite drinks, snacks and even a supper meal ready for us when we arrived. If you’re looking for a place for a family gathering or a large group trip. This is the place to go.

We had a beautiful weekend getaway at the Bayside Bungalow! The name fits this home perfectly. The view is to die for, we had the best sleep we have had a while and ate some amazing food! We will definitely be back!

Great place! Private and quiet! Rented kayaks and SUPs, and it was perfect! Loved having the beach to ourselves!

This has been our favorite Airbnb stay so far. I am thankful we got the opportunity to stay here. Everything we could have needed was provided. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets on the deck. It was so enjoyable to watch the boats go by on the river. We caught fish off the bottom deck, and also enjoyed kayaking. We would love to stay here again sometime.

This place is the epitome of perfection. Beautiful home with absolutely everything you need. Safe yard space, and a beautiful dock you could kayak, fish, and enjoy the bay. It was an incredible visit with family and I will definitely stay here again.

The beach house was just what I was looking for. I wanted a small quiet place to spend my birthday with my dog. I loved the location. It was private and scenic. A short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with all of the essentials. I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!

such a beautiful, quiet stay!!!! We came with our 2.5 yr old and the Little Lagoon was the perfect "beach" for him. We felt that our accommodations was just the right size for our needs. It was also an easy, walkable distance from the beach front.

Great place to stay when you are in the Pensacola area. Quiet, good views and central location, close to naval base as well as beaches, restaurants, other activities. Very clean and comfortable. This is our third stay and we may be back yet again.!

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

This was the best place we have ever stayed at. Perfect location. A view of the bay right outside on the porch. We spent a lot of time there watching dolphins. The private beech is just right across the street. The space was also so comfortable. Plenty of room to relax. We loved it here and are planning on coming back!

It was our first time to Perdido Key and it was great staying in the condo; it had a full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms for my son and myself, and was well equipped. My son was all about screencasting to the TVs which worked seamlessly. We hung out on the balcony as well. Nice place!

Melissa was a great host. The check in was super easy and the condo was wonderfully stocked with every comfort of home. The balcony is very large with a table for dinners and watching the sunset or lounge chairs for enjoying the morning coffee. The condo was clean upon our arrival and the checkout instructions are easy and straightforward. The condo has 24/7 security which is also nice. Beach access, pool area are also coded for guest access only.

Condo is as described & in a peaceful & well-kept neighborhood. Host is especially helpful & responsive, & offers helpful recommendations for the area. Great location in close proximity to all activities in Pensacola. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were meticulously clean. Kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. We particularly enjoyed the waterfront view while sitting out on our balcony each morning, watching the birds & water. Also enjoyed the Dolphin-watching boat trip with the company Jolly Dolphin. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!
