Very nice appartment. Around 10 minutes walking to the “Old course”. If you are a golfer, this is what you need. Lots of restaurantes near the appartment. Even the weather was very nice.

Everything went smoothly and the flat was clean, spacious, and quiet. The amenities, like washer and dryer, were wonderful. While the location was slightly off the common "tourist path," we actually appreciated that and it was an easy bus ride or Uber back to the flat each night. We also enjoyed the local pub and the food choices nearby. My only issue was the lack of communication about the 3 flights of stairs/no lift. This fact is mentioned in other reviews (as I see now), but not in the description of the property nor in the initial instructions for accessing the flat. The stairs themselves are not Ben's fault and as I learned on my 14-day journey through Ireland and the UK, accessibility is not a priority in these old cities. That's fine. But the lesson for me I guess is to read reviews a little more closely, as that's the only place the stairs are mentioned. I have bad knees so trekking up the stairs each night after a long day was, quite simply, torture. But still a great stay.

We had a lovely stay in Scott’s very attractive, comfortable flat. It’s got a really nice outdoor patio area and the walk along the harbour is fun to do. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the parking is very straightforward. Scott himself was very friendly and helpful. All in all quite a find!

The apartment is very attractive and was spotlessly clean. The overview of the harbour from the balcony provides lots of interest with the comings and goings of the local fishing boats. Central location is convenient for Arbroath amenities, and other Angus destinations are in easy reach. Very much recommended and hope to get back up soon.

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Andy was a great host – very friendly and always quick to reply to our messages. We especially appreciated the convenient location, being only a 6-minute drive from the train station. The free parking there was a real bonus, and the 25-minute train journey to Edinburgh city center made exploring the city very easy. It's a perfect base for visiting Edinburgh!

We found the house to comfortable and clean, the beds were great with good quality mattresses and linen. The lounge was very comfortable and a good size. It was good to have the drive way as the streets around had a lot of cars fighting for space. The house is in an estate that has some really run down properties/areas but the house itself is next to some nice friendly neighbours (Annie with the two Chihuahuas!) We found it to be quiet at night. The cons: quite far away from town, you could walk but it's about 30 mins. There are some niggly issues with squeaky hinges, dodgy door handles and a window that wouldn't shut properly in the bathroom, but these were irritations rather than deal breakers. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The apartment is perfect for a pleasant stay in Callander. It's large and spacious, and the fact that it has a garden makes it even more enjoyable. Recommended!

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

Great for the one night stop over on the way up to the highlands. Very spacious and everything that you need. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Exceptionally clean and great views of surrounding countryside. Great food in the garden centre right on the door step and great chippy a mile away. Only downside was no connection to the WiFi phones couldn’t find the router on the system. But wasn’t the be all quite nice not to be attached to the phone.

Very comfortable stay in Lorna and Richard's house. Cannot recommend highly enough, hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was provided that we needed, every detail had been carefully thought out. The house was perfect for visiting our daughter at university. Would love to stay again sometime. Nous avons passés deux jours chez Jamie et nous sommes très satisfaits. Ma fille de 6 ans était très contente de trouver des jouets dans la chambre d’enfants. Il y a un bus à proximité de la maison pour visiter Edimbourg. La maison est super et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Très propre et sympa ! Merci Jamie

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

The apartment was as advertised. The pictures were accurate great location. Only concern we had was construction started as we got there. It was unfortunate but beyond Samantha’s control

What a gem of a place. Perfect location for our spa day at Gleneagles. Beautifully appointed, the beds were so comfortable and we got the best sleep. Everything you could need for a stay away.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Gintare's place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for taking the tram all over the city. The local restaurants and bars were great.

Best location possible. Also very clear instructions and great communication which I find very important when travelling to a new place. Highly recommend.

Het appartement van Sue is ontzettend fijn en knus. Leuke details, goede bedden, twee badkamers en op loopafstand van de bus. Sue is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik raad dit van harte aan!

L appartement est situé à 1.5km à pied de la vieille ville et à 400m du jardin botanique. Nous avons visité Edimbourg sur 2 jours à pied. L appartement est très bien aménagé et il y a même un adaptateur pour prise française. la chambre double dispose d une petite salle de douche /toilette privée en plus de la salle de bain principale. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. place de parking extérieure pour visiteur, place de parking dans la rue adjacente ( gratuit le we) Margaret a été très claire et agréable dans ses messages. Nous recommandons vivement.
