We had a lovely stay at the Surf Hut. Very cosy cabin, everything was super clean and confortable. Jennifer was a super host, very welcoming and communicative before we arrived. And we even found a few Easter treats on arrival. I can only recommend the accommodation in such a great location near Clifden.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and well looked after. The kitchen was great and well stocked with pots and pans. Bedrooms were spacious with good clothes storage space. Both bedrooms are ensuite too which is nice. John was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Bill’s lodge. We were unlucky with the weather for the first 2 days but after that we were able to spend our time enjoying the walks of the local area! The proximity of the lodge to the local forest and its various walks was a real bonus and our dog companion really enjoyed them too! It was a real treat to wake up and find deer grazing on the grass by the lodge too 😍

We had a wonderful peaceful stay, this was the beginning to our trip and was a wonderful place to land. Grateful for their tips and advice for our trip as well.

Cosy little base for exploring Galway and Clare. Trisha’s chalet is a little gem in a quiet location not far from M18 - perfect for exploring Galway, Connemara, Burren and Cliffs of Moher. Trisha has put a lot of thought into creating this home away from home. The chalet was spotless, beds comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook in the evenings. Trisha is a most welcoming hostess - she quickly answered any queries we had before and during our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending and hope to return one day.

Gorgeous, cosy place and we received a lovely welcome. Some very nice walks close by and the enchanted forest is worth a visit for both young and old.

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary/belated honeymoon, and we absolutely loved our experience! Cliona was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She personally met us for check-in and took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the chalet (a thoughtful touch we've not experienced with other vacation rentals). Her efforts truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and at ease. We cherished the opportunity to disconnect from the world and simply enjoy each other’s company while exploring the island. We highly recommend this stay and hope to return someday.

Our experience at Galway Bay Vista was outstanding. The chalet offered nice views, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat. The host was attentive and ensured a smooth check-in process.
