Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Estoril - Apartment with beautiful frontal Sea Views and lots of Sunlight. Only 7min walk to the beach and train station Lisbon - Cascais I love my neighborhood - it is typically Portuguese one - people meet at the modest cafes and restaurants, walk with their families to the beach to have a coffee after lunch. The flat and the whole area are nineteenth-century older period and it is decorated with furniture in such a way as to respect the feel of the place. The flat has 1 big suite with a king size bed that can be separated and have 2 single beds, 1 closet, 1 big complete bathroom and also a terrace to relax with exterior sofas. Then you have a living room (with a double sofa bed), an american kitchen, another little but complete bathroom as well another terrace to have the breakfast outside.

Sintra River House, a restored watermill with capacity up to 3 persons, features 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed (Wi-Fi, AC, TV), 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

It is an ideal apartment for a couple (2 people), that don't mind climbing stairs. Fully equipped apartment with free Wi-Fi. *2025 Update* The City Hall as granted Rooftop Carmo, which Is a Bar/Restaurant across the street a Loud Sound Permit. Ear plugs will be provided. The Living room ceiling was switched.

Nas águas furtadas tem o quarto com vista e no r/c a sala e um pequeno escritório com sofá cama. Aqui pode escolher estar, ler ou escrever ou também passear no velho eléctrico que continua a fazer a ligação entre Serra e Mar.
