The location was walking distance of some great places to eat and surrounded by beautiful historic architecture! David was timely with his communication and greeted my husband and I when we arrived and gave us recommendations for food and activities in town. Michael made sure the guest areas were tip top shape and coffee was made in the morning and was also very friendly and helpful for my husband and I. With all the care it felt like we were staying in a fancy hotel, only with beautiful historic views and rooms. This was my husband and I's first b and b experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Cincinnati. The only downside to our visit was that we didn't stay longer. 😄

Easy to find, super clean and cute! Plenty of space for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable. We had no issues, and would recommend it to anyone! The host was lovely as well and we were happy to get the chance to meet her!

Almost gave Tim four stars for accuracy because his place was better than he described it. It felt equipped not just to stay but to live in. The location is extremely walkable but also easy to get in and out of with your car to get to a Reds game or into the Cincinnati. There’s the occasional train sounds but if you’re staying in a city, it’s totally expected and infrequent.

This was the best place we could’ve asked for to come into town from Georgia with our family of 6 and 3 dogs! It had everything we needed and was super easy to check in and was comfy felt like home. ALSO the couches super comfortable and the queen size bed was the best I’ve slept in through Air bnb in 7 years! We had such a great Christmas here and was close to our families house and TONS of restaurants and grocery stores etc in a very short distance. Thanks so much Michael!

Me and my husband have been wanting to do a little get away and help work on our marriage and out of all the homes I found like this I have to say this one has been by far the best one!! We had a blast. We will for sure love to stay again! She is very friendly. The house was very well put together and the room was fun and exciting. The basement was the my favorite !! The king size bed was so comfortable to sleep in and the shower was awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

We had a great stay at Carl’s place. Second time we’ve stayed here. It’s close to Spooky Nook and there’s a nice shopping center across from the neighborhood with good options. This location is super convenient to everything if you’re playing in a tournament. The bonus is their dog Cedar. Carl is a great host. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

Charlottes place was perfect for our month long stay. It has a homey feel which was perfect because we have a dog and a little baby. She has tons of cooking stuff and it’s on a quiet street in the middle of a fun and populated area. There is street parking and it always seems like there is a spot available. With our work schedule we leave in the weee hours of the morning and I felt very safe walking outside to my truck, which was a big relief. Our dog LOVED the tiny fenced yard which was a really nice surprise. She sunned herself on the side porch. Charlottes is walking distance from so many restaurants which was a nice change of pace for us. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the rooms are big with high ceilings, felt like home while we were there and it was a great deal!

We very much enjoyed the home cozy feel and the muffins! Everything you would have at home was available. We loved the decor! The location is convenient to Mainstrasse Village. We loved the area so much we want to come back next year. We would make reservations now, but it looks like not open to reserve yet. Everyone we met was so friendly. We also loved Julie’s consignment store and had the pleasure of meeting her husband. He was very helpful with tips on restaurants etc… There is something for everyone in the store! Our stay was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, nice hot shower, and the apartment was very clean. We attended an event at Xavier University so the location was convenient. Will definitely stay again when in Cincinnati.

We truly enjoyed the relaxing weekend at this beautiful inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and shared great local information and recommendations. We would be happy to visit again if we have the opportunity.

Sherry was very responsive prior to and during my stay. Private room and space was clean and exactly as described! The location was perfect for driving in and out of downtown Cincinnati.

Sherry's place was just as it was described. Very friendly hosts and willing to accommodate if needed. All of the rules are listed on the rental and also throughout the house. I would definitely recommend and stay again if the need arose. My only issue was the parking. As in all of the area, parking is crazy. Although this happened only once, it still happened. One of the neighbors parked in front of the house causing me to park on the side street up the hill. When I went out to get in my vehicle, the neighbor that I was parked next to their house was outside with the dog. (Not a nice dog) The dog came close to getting away and charging me but the owner was able to keep hold. Unfortunately, the neighbor was not nice and told me I could not park there and that if they seen my vehicle in the area again, there would be trouble. That was not a comforting feeling to think that my vehicle or myself would be in jeopardy or danger. I was only there a couple more days and no incidents occurre

Jill’s place is a dream! Thanks for taking care of our little family, even in an early-Spring storm night we felt so safe and protected! It was an amazing second time and we highly recommend it for spending a great time in a cozy and relaxing space!
