Amazing location with free, easy parking. The apartment is steps away from the commuter train to get you into Boston. Mark provided clear and easy instructions for getting into town. The place had everything I needed. Very easy check in and check out. I appreciate that check-out didn't involve jumping through hoops like so many hosts required!

Mark was a super host, very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was very clean, very accessible and very convenient. All the comforts of home are there, whether staying short term or long term. The building has parking, elevator, friendly residents, all the amenities that one could wish for. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need- from dishes to pots and pans to ovens, etc. The building is located at the transition between residential neighborhood and post-industrial spaces, so the views aren't the best, but the convenience, cleanliness, amenities all more than make up for lack of scenery. The commuter rail is one block away, as is Town Hall and the Town Square. Moody Street - one block away -- has many restaurants from diverse cultures, and there is a great movie house just a few blocks away. And Mark's friendly and proactive support really makes this a great place to stay, for business or personal trips. Thank you for a great, positive experience!

Had the chance of spending a few weeks at Mark's place as a temporary accommodation. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything needed. Location is great, close to the train station, river walks and the famous Moody street. Plenty of parking space. The proximity to the rail line was not an issue as sound insulation was pretty good. Great modern furnished apartment that our family of five enjoyed staying in for 6 nights. While the immediate area is undergoing some real estate development, it’s a short walk to Revere beach and very conveniently located on the blue line to get into Boston. We commuted very easily to all of the events and attractions on our must-do list including sports events at TD gardens, the Freedom Trail, Boston Duck Tour, Quincy Market, and Harvard University tour. Highly recommend Ryan as a host and would definitely choose to stay again for any future visit to Boston.

Amazing home, very clean and nicely designed.

It was super nice! Great location, easy access, really clean, kitchen was stocked with utensils tea & coffee, had a washer and dryer which was awesome. The people in the office were nice and stored our bags after checkout for a few hours before we had to leave for the airport.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this apartment. - Very convenient location: there are many cafe, restaurant and shops around and Trader Joe (for the days we just want few bites at home). Beautiful surroundings next to the lake, few minutes walk to subway station. - Host is very responsive, fast communication which makes our stay more pleasant. - The apartment is very clean and spacious. Looks exactly like the photos. Feels like cozy home for us. We look forward coming home after sightseeing outside. If we come to Boston again, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Highly recommended.

Our stay was fantastic! We were 2 moms w/ college aged daughters & the apartment was plenty big for the 4 of us. The building itself is beautiful- great lobby. Daughters used the gym & said it was well equipped. Location can’t be beat. Easy to walk everywhere or T stations nearby. Host was very responsive & flexible. We did not spend a ton of time in the unit (we were here to explore Boston!) but it has a full kitchen- well appointed & a full washer/dryer. Highly recommend & hope to be back soon, thanks for a great stay!

Javier was such a wonderful host and a kind person! This place was perfect for me was able to go on hikes but also close enough to public transportation to get to downtown Boston.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Stayed here for the Boston Marathon and it was a great place and its close to public transit which makes the whole city accessible. Plus it is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This condo was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the commuter rail and centrally located. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. Mathew was a great host. If you’re looking for a high end dinner experience, I highly recommend checking out the Nightshade Noodle Bar, which is just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The best place to stay for our weekend in town for the Marathon. Easily accessible to the T to get downtown rather quickly, but also a calm spot to escape the city at the end of the day. The house was so beautiful. The neighborhood was charming. Peter and Tor were incredible host. Communication was quick, instructions were clear, and they really made sure we were prepped for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

This home was just as pictured. We loved our stay and would definitely book again the next time we are in the area.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Anne made you feel like home. She is pending for your necessities and always reachable if you contact her. All the facilities in the apartment are well tunning, clean and properly located to maximize the space available and guest flow. I absolutely recommended her to make your stay at Waltham (in Boston Metropolitan Area) enjoyable and to receive the best service on an Airbnb location for your money.

We loved Shahla''s placed. The space was clean and very well kept. The location was in a prime location to restaurants. Shahla was very hospitable in every way. Everything was well stocked and available for quests. We would stay in Shahla's place again.

We had a fabulous stay! The property was lovely with beautiful views. Mark sorted us very quickly with a last minute hair dryer, with nothing being too much trouble.
