The space includes a private entrance, a bathroom with 5 shower heads, a queen size bed and a very comfortable full-size futon if a second bed is needed. No kitchen, but a fridge, microwave, Keurig and dishes are available.

The cottage and the owners home are on a large corner city lot, divided by parking area and owners yard. The private cottage yard includes an herb garden, blueberries and a patio. Easy bus ride to downtown and Pike Place Market and a 12 minute walk to the vibrant Greenwood center. Green Lake Park is 1 mile away and very popular with the locals and their dogs.
