It's also perfect for exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. ** Please note that Tiny House is SMALL so might not be suitable for individuals not used to small spaces. *Aspen is a 40 min. drive from the property. *Glenwood Springs is a 20 min. drive from the property.

Satank Schoolhouse

This brand new addition is attached to the original schoolhouse for the Town of Carbondale, built in 1883 and located in what is now called Satank, a quiet neighborhood in Carbondale. This beautiful light filled apartment is a short bike ride, walk (or 3 minute drive) to downtown Carbondale. The spacious one bedroom has a full well equipped kitchen living and dining areas and outdoor patio. This is the perfect launch site for all your mountain and or river adventures.

The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
