Although a lovely place to stay the residence had quite strict rules. I was sent a contract to sign which I’d never previously had to do. I was travelling up to meet my friend who just come out of hospital so I booked a two bedroom house. In the contract unless I had pre approval ( the guests name) as to who was staying they could cancel the booking. I think that is an over reach. Also, it’s pet friendly but I needed pre approval for my dog as well. PLUS although it was stipulated that there should be no pet hair etc or any sign of a dog staying , which is fine ( I vacuumed thoroughly and pick up after him) you are charged a $50 pet fee and I’m baffled why. As per my usual stay at air bnbs everything was washed and put away, wiped everything down etc etc. It just gave off an onerous vibe before I arrived , which was the antithesis of my trip which is a shame.

It was an absolute delight to return to the cute boudoir! Just like the first time, its charm and comfort enveloped us from the moment we stepped inside. The thoughtful little touches and the overall cozy atmosphere made for another wonderfully relaxing stay. It truly feels like a little sanctuary, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and charming getaway!

Fantastic location! So close to everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Katie’s place was described perfectly and photos didn’t do it justice. The most well equipped kitchen we have ever had at an Airbnb. Highly recommend the local surf club for meals it has fantastic views of the beach and great service.

Wow, what a gorgeous space with absolutely everything we could need or want. A TV in both the living room and bedroom made our holiday extra relaxing, the ability to sit in the sun outside at the table to read/eat/drink in the surrounds of a quiet culdesac, or laze below the tree in the more relaxed seats was incredible. It has direct access to the dog off-leash beach which our pups loved, and the cafes and restaurants within walking distance made this the perfect spot. We will absolutely be rebooking this for our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay, if you’re looking for a dog friendly property, near a dog friendly community in walking distance to a dog friendly beach this is the place for you! Our host Tina was very accommodating and the accommodation felt like home as soon as we walked in. Thank you for great stay!

Anne's place was spacious and was in a great location with access to a path that takes you to the beach only a few minutes walk away. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials to cook and bbq. Inside and outside living areas and dinning space were decent and big enough for our group of 6 to spread out. The extra beach towels were nice to have and the beautiful wine, treats and dog food were a lovely touch. Anne responded quickly and had great communication with us. Thank you Anne for being an amazing host.

Fantastic place for us and our furry friend! Great location within walking distance to the beach and local cafes! The space was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Location is peaceful and quiet, while also being a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of Noosa.

A beautiful spot with just the right amount of privacy being this close to the beach ( you can almost touch it. And easy walk to Moffat Beach to the north and King Tide beach to the south. The accommodation is spacious and a nice grassed area. Everything you need is here and would recommend it to anyone for a short or long stay. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

We chose Ian and Lleeanne’s apartment because it looked amazing in the pics and being so close to the beach and local cafes/restaurants - it didn’t disappoint on any of those! A big thanks for sharing your lovely home with us, it really did feel like a home away from home. I already miss the sound of the ocean, sunrises on the top deck and relaxing on the couch in the evenings. Kitchen has everything needed and a great master bathroom with large shower. Beds are super comfy with each room having aircon and tv’s. Deborah was responsive and lovely to deal with at check in and check out. There’s a great bakery and friendly cafes a very short walk away. We hope to return for another relaxing holiday in the not too distant future.

The house was big and very accomodating for myself and guests also with a great pool! The location was amazing, only a few minutes walk to a cafe and also the beach. Will recommend to friends and family for future holidays.

Very nice area next to Peregian Beach. 5 min drive to the town, which is super nice with lots of cafeterias and shops and 15min to Noosa. The duplex is stunning, with all the furniture of top quality, uncommon elsewhere. Very nice pool that we used daily. We strongly recommend the place for families (we were two adults and two kids) or couples that want to visit the area or relax in a very comfortable place.

We had a great stay at Melanie’s place in Sunshine Beach! The place was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing ocean view that made every morning feel special. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway and highly recommend!

Such a great getaway! We had my partners birthday weekend away and it was just what we needed! There was plenty fun for the whole family:) Scott and Elise’s place had absolutely everything, they even had put up happy birthday balloons as they knew it was my partners birthday! Absolutely stunning views and their place was super clean and private. Thank you Scott and Elise for being great hosts, what a lovely home you have and thank you for letting us stay.

Alan was a great host with a wonderful apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and waking up to beautiful sunrises and the sounds of the ocean. The apartment is on the south west side of the building so it has great views of the ocean to the south from the balcony and master bedroom and views of the hinterland from the 3rd bedroom which has floor to ceiling windows. It's alos easy walking distance to Coolum's main cafe's, resturaunts and boutiques and Coolum beach. I would fully recommend Alan and his apartment to anyone who asked.

We had a wonderful weekend away for 5 ladies staying here. Even on a rainy day there was lots of room inside for us to do jigsaws, play board games and eat the yummy food from nearby bakeries and cafes. it's a 15 minute walk into town which is perfect after we'd been eating too many croissants and canoli from Cafe Sicily up the road in the other direction. Beautiful views. Great communication with hostess Julie. Just make sure you take basic kitchen food like salt and pepper and oil, and cling wrap/alfoil if you like to cook. We didn't realise it wasn't provided but fortunately Woolies is a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

I would 1000% recommend this place for any couple looking for a getaway. You can tell alot of thought and personal touches were put into the stay from the bath salts and towel robes for the spa, to the complimentary wine and cheese!!! Amber was sooo extremely lovely and accomodating for any request! Definitely would be coming back here. Was quiet and perfectly situated 11/10 stay.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. This townhouse was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was such a beautiful location and so close to the beach and shops. We were lucky enough to meet Simon and were thoroughly impressed with his willingness to help. His attitude towards making guests feel welcome was impressive to say the least! We would love to come back and stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. The check-in process was very easy and the instructions clear. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachside location, I'd thoroughly recommend Beachhouse.

Awesome location and fantastic views, brilliant host. The only thing I’ve not noticed in the description is that there is no lift (I probably missed it, but it’s handy to know in case you traveling with elderly like I was).

Georgi's townhouse was super close to the Mudjimba beach and right by the park to the delight of my kids! The place was really cozy and catered to our big family. Everything was clean and the amenities were fantastic and pretty new. Georgi gave thorough instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would happily recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, the property had everything we needed—and the Cool cobana was such a fun bonus for beach days! It truly felt like a home away from home. My favourite part? Waking up to the ocean views and the soothing sound of crashing waves from the master bedroom. Kim was a fantastic host—so kind and easy to communicate with. 100% recommend this place—you won’t be disappointed!
