The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Enjoy this charming and centrally located private suite, just 15-25 minutes to SeaTac Airport, Seattle and Bellevue, and within minutes of great dining, shopping and parks. There is abundant free street parking; buses within 4 blocks; and light rail 10 minutes by taxi. Located on the main floor, the suite is completely independent with it's own private entrance. North Burien Nest

Guests do not have access to common spaces inside, so under Airbnb's new rules, it is not defined as a private space. This is a private queen bedroom & 3/4 bathroom. Access is from a secure, private parking space behind a locked gate with keybox & remote control. Access to your private space is through a separate door with keyless entry. You will also have exclusive use of an outdoor area with a patio table, chairs, propane barbecue & fire pit. Check-in time is 5 p.m. Check-out time is noon.
