My husband and I found this to be a very comfortable place to stay while we were in Belmont taking care of some business and visiting friends. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, the place was fully stocked with everything we needed, and LOTS of breakfast and snack foods were provided by Robin. She even had the gluten-free cereal that I normally eat—could she be psychic? ; ) In addition, she and her husband, Jon, were very friendly, helpful, and responsive without invading our space or privacy in any way—very available, but only when needed. I very much appreciated Robin’s very flexible refund policy as I needed to make a change to our dates a few weeks before our trip and she was very accommodating in this regard. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent airbnb, in a really cool neighborhood in Arlington. Thomas is a great host, check-in was easy, and everything went smoothly. Thomas even provides breakfast in the morning, which was an unexpected bonus. Its also only a short walk to many cafes and restaurants in Arlington, as well as bus stops where you can take a bus to the red line stations. I had an enjoyable stay at Thomas's house, and would highly recommend his place to others!

Caroline provides a home away from home. Everything was better than we probably expected. The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable. But, the topping on the cake was our hostess, Caroline. She was a delight in every way.

We absolutely loved our stay in Brookline! Grace was an amazing host, and her historic home was the perfect base for our Boston adventure. The location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful, safe neighborhood within walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants and the public transit.

During my visit to Boston for the Marathon, I was fortunate to reside with Deborah for five days. The accommodations provided were exceptional, including a comfortable room, a clean bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Deborah demonstrated exceptional hospitality, being friendly, discreet, and always willing to assist. The neighborhood is characterized by safety and is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway station. I have developed a strong affinity for this city and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return in the future. I highly recommend Deborah’s house as a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

Donnell and Duke were great hosts. Donnell is very sweet, easy to talk to and very accommodating. I wasn't there that long but he made me feel very welcomed and safe. Highly recommend.

Rosanne and I immediately hit it off. She has an adorable rescue dog. The home is stunning it reminded me of grand old homes I’ve stayed at that were professionally run bed and breakfast inns. The home is in an historic district. The neighborhood is charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I really appreciated having a tub for soaking after my trail runs. I had access to all of the house and was able to do laundry. Despite having a bad neck injury and a dog who’d recently had leg surgery, Rosanne went out of her way to accommodate me. I felt so at home. I already know this area since I used to have a boyfriend in a nearby town. Dedham Square has lots of restaurants and a great old movie theater. The home is also near Legacy Place shopping center, which has the best Whole Foods anywhere. Being vegan, I’ve been to many during my business travels. I look forward to staying with Rosanne again soon.

Christina’s place was perfect for our stay! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was half a mile walking to the subway, convenient for getting to Boston instead of using uber. Christina was a thoughtful and responsive host—she made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I really enjoyed my stay with Kate. She was warm, welcoming, and reliable. She is genuinely interested in people and our conversations were wide ranging, from gardening to art to history. I can't wait to return. Kate will always be my first choice of host in the Boston area.

This was a lovely, true "bed and breakfast", experience. Myra was a delightful host and I would love to come back some time.

I enjoyed my stay at Natalie’s place. Not only is she a nice host, she is extremely responsive. The self check in made it easy to get in. I saw Natalie on my way out. She graciously offered me breakfast. Sadly I declined because I was in a rush to get to an appointment. I recommend her place!

This place is truly a hidden gem. Has everything and more to offer. She goes over and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and the space is so peaceful and wonderful. It feels like you’re in your own apartment space. I would highly recommend staying here. Only thing to note is that if you have trouble walking up stairs there are a couple set of stairs but that was no issue for us.

This bed and breakfast was so lovely! Located in the Brookline area of Boston it’s a quick walk to the Main Street and lots of shops/restaurants. I only stayed one night for a concert and it was perfect, I could walk to the venue. Beds were comfy, my specific room you had a shared bathroom with one other room but it was super clean. It’s quiet but a white noise machine is provided, ear plugs, fans. Easy check in and I recommend reserving parking since you can’t park on the street overnight.

Very nice small, cozy suite. It had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. The surrounding yard was lovely and the medium-firm mattress was incredibly comfortable.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

We absolutely adored the Rajah Room. It was a beautiful space to stay for our one night in Salem and we would definitely book again in the future!

Overall this was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location, close to restaurants and other needed services. When I come back to this area I would like to stay here again. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming home. Also, even though I did not use it this time, convenient quick rail transportation into downtown Boston is located a 5 minute or less walk from the b an b.

Flavia is a great host. Her place was right for my husband and me, and I had no problems at all. Flavia is responsive and makes everything clear.

We loved staying here! We felt so welcomed and comfortable. It was easy to find and parking was great! It was a beautiful place!
