Everything was fabulous. Great accommodation (super comfy bed!!), exactly what we expected. Pet friendly, although we didn’t take our dog this time will certainly will on our next visit. A great stay!

Great management and extremely responsive hosts. In a budget, it is a really good house and totally worth staying.Jason was helpful and cooperative.Overall, a good experience in our 16 days of staying there.

Nice house

We loved our stay at this beautiful accommodation. It had plenty of space and pristine amenities for us. Eresh was a responsive host who gave clear instructions, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you again for having us in your lovely home!

Apartment was lovely and well situated. Was a little confusing from car parking to getting into the building at first but otherwise overall great stay.

Ashlea’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures though still managed to exceed our expectations. She went beyond providing just the essentials and directed us personally into the garage and car park to avoid any confusion. The space was clean and inviting, extremely spacious and took us no time to feel right at home. All the amenities and products you could possibly need (and then some) were provided for and easily accessible. The train station and supermarkets were also no more than a 5 minute walk. Ashlea was very responsive and aided us with any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 would and do plan on staying again!

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

Stayed for 11 nights in this excellent, spacious, well equipped, duplex apartment in quiet landscaped block with pool. In great location, with tram stop just outside. A shout out to Kathryn - what a great host. Thoughtful (lights on in apartment to help late night arrival), generous (great welcome gifts including a Bluey book for our four year old grand-daughter) and accomodating (facilitating late check out to tie in with our flights to the UK). Thank you! Would recommend highly.

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

The time we spent at Dee’s place was almost 4 weeks and we felt like we are living in a home not just a house. Everything was available, from kitchen to living room, we couldn’t have expected more. My wife’s words one day before our checkout “ I will never be able to forget this place as I felt safe and comfortable in this place along with my kids, and I needed this especially when I was moving to Aussie for the first time.” Highly recommended.❤️

The stay fit our group of 16 very comfortably and provided us walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Hany and Sheryl were excellent hosts. The context for our stay was that we needed somewhere for a week while we were between houses, and Hany and Sheryl's place fit the bill for us perfectly - we walked in and felt at home straight away. They were also very kind and understanding about the context of our move, and always very warm and responsive.

Second time staying here, very nice place to stay and love the amount of space in the house.

Excellent location. Easy access to public transport, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. Dee has done her best to satisfy her tenants.

Dee war stets erreichbar und hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war geräumig, besonders der hintere Garten hat uns gefallen.

Sheryl and Hany were wonderful hosts—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Their home was very clean and well-kept, and my family and I truly enjoyed our weekend stay. We also hired a rental car and were pleased with the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind. The location is excellent—just 5 minutes from High Point Mall and close to shops and amenities, making it very convenient for groceries and last-minute needs. We defectively recommend booking with them.
