Lovely place opposite the foreshore and beach. One of the best stocked kitchens I’ve experienced at an airbnb. Karen was quick and easy to deal with and was so flexible on a range of things. Greatly appreciated. Will be back!

Relaxing Beach Getaway in a Nice and Tidy Setting…We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Airbnb stay the property offered a fantastic base to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. The place itself was nice and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

A fantastic comfortable well equipped house with a 1 to 2 minute walk to the beach. We had a great weekend sailing off the beach followed by home cooked meals round the large dining table. Thanks Jade for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We spent a week at Cally's place and felt very welcome from the moment we entered her home the first time. It seemed like we had borrowed a good friend's home for our holiday, and we were so pleased to have such a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. Cally provided us with welcome gifts and we were especially impressed with vases of freshly picked herbs. The view through the huge lounge room windows across to the sea, was magnetic; a wonderful experience. Plenty of parking for car and boat on the property, with easy access for both. Walking along the waterfront gravel path lined with native vegetation is enhanced with views across the bay, of fishing boats and sea birds. Good daytime dining options are available at the nearby shopping centre, with special diets catered for. Hop in your car for an easy drive to places like Queenscliff or Portarlington for fine daytime AND evening dining opportunities. The Bellarine Peninsula is wonderful and its so close to Melbourne.

This was one of our most favourite bnb short staycation ever. Beach was less than 50m walk from this dream house. The main shopping area around 150m short walk, ALDI, Woolies and lots more. Deborah is a beautiful soul that you and anyone will warm to quickly. Please try to keep this place a secret, so I don't have trouble booking it in the future

Had a great stay at Rebecca’s place for the family for 3 nights. The property was clean, and had all the essential amenities which a family requires to cater for young children and elderly. The property is located in a peaceful and serene location, and a short drive to Cape Schank. Communication was precise and prompt, and would highly recommend the host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as a short walk to the promenade (some of our group walked/ran to St Kilda each day), supermarket, restaurants and other shopping all a short walk. Close to city for exploring there too. The lounge area is really roomy and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom but a second toilet downstairs. Great sound system with bluetooth so was nice to have background music of our own choosing too.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Roger was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Such a tidy beautiful home!! Exactly as the pictures, friendly

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Great clean and tidy place

We had a great stay for 5 nights at Catherine’s in April 2025. The house is beautiful and well appointed, very warm and welcoming. The house is in a great location - very short walk to cafes, shops and the beach. Catherine was very helpful with her instructions and was flexible with check in and check out times. We will definitely consider returning.

House was clean & spacious, with pleasing coastal interior. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds & nice linen. Main bedroom is roomy with massive en-suite & WIR. House remained cool during our stay when temps were at around 30 degrees everyday. Air conditioner worked well too. Location was in a quiet street, a convenient 5 minute drive to town & the beach. Kristy, our host was helpful & responsive. Check in process was smooth. Can definitely recommend.

The house was perfect and fit 10 of us beautifully. The kids had a wonderful time and loved the table tennis table in the garage. Would definitely stay again!

We had a beautiful Autumn stay in this property. Walking distance to the beach and 7 minute drive to St Leonards and Port Arlington. The house was lovely and modern with so many extra features. We loved that the kitchen was so well appointed. Lots of space so no one was on top of each other. The primary bedroom was a luxury get away on its own. The host was very prompt with her responses, and some homely touches provided. Would definitely recommend this property.

Thanks for a great stay. Simon was very flexible for our check in and extremely responsive. The place was like a home away from home. Place was modern, spotless, very comfy beds, spacious and had everything you needed. Kids able to walk to the lake or pier to fish, central location to get to many places on the Bellarine peninsula. Highly recommended. 😍

Lovely accomodation that was the perfect place to spend the weekend for our son’s wedding in Mount Eliza. Hosts were so accomodating and allowed us to have both an early and late check in. Beds are really comfy and the decor was gorgeous. Kitchen was so well equipped. Would recommend for large families or groups

Fantastic stay! The house is much more spacious than it appears in the photos and feels both secure and private, despite being on a main road—which actually makes access to nearby facilities incredibly convenient. Beautifully styled, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. The hosts were excellent communicators—quick to respond and incredibly generous. Would highly recommend! We would happily stay there again in the future!
