What a lovely stay! Ignacio's house is in such a beautiful location—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The room itself is very comfy, and the private bathroom is big, so you feel complete privacy. Ignacio was very friendly and helpful. I was able to do a late check-in, which I appreciated so much. The breakfasts were probably the loveliest memories during my stay, as you can enjoy the incredible view from their dining room while having their homemade food! There's a free parking lot available and that's a big plus. Ignacio and his beautiful wife and daughter (who I had the chance to meet during breakfast) made my stay feel warm and cozy. I hope to come back :)

Spacious apartment in a good location, within walking distance from the train station as well as Citta Alta. Perfect for two families. Just some traffic noice, which is to be expected in a city. Eleonora was very pro-active and left both great instructions and something for breakfast.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kleinkind 1 1/2 Jahre alt und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Babybett wurde auf Anfrage direkt zur Verfügung gestellt. Leonie hatte uns zahlreiche Ausflug Tipps gegeben, so konnten wir trotz schlechtem Wetter vieles unternehmen. Der Gardasee ist mit dem Auto ca. 10min entfernt. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und sehr sauber gehalten. Kleinere Mahlzeiten konnten wir ohne Probleme in der Küche zubereiten. An Besteck, Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen hatte uns nichts gefehlt. Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch (jeden Morgen frische Brötchen) Butter, Käse, Schinken, Marmelade, wie Bananen, Erdbeeren, Äpfel gab es zahlreich jeden Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen aufjedenfall gerne wieder! 😊

appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla gentilezza e simpatia di Paolo. la stanza ampia illuminazione ata da luce naturale. bagno ampio e pulito. anche la nostra borzoi Amelie è stata ben accolta. Stanza e bagno con piccoli accorgimenti (lampade da notte, qualche mensola e appennino in bagno,......) sarebbero super. la cucina, da utilizzare in condivisione con gli altri ospiti, è pulita e ben organizzata con ampi spazi. il vero plus è il ristorante. stupendo. abbiamo mangiato un risotto alle ortiche da urlo. bravi!!!

abbiamo soggiornato da Lucia per un weekend di lavoro, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Super disponibile e attenta sia in fase di prenotazione che durante la nostra permanenza. Se dovessimo di nuovo lavorare in zona, certamente valuteremo di tornare: lei e il suo gatto ci hanno davvero fatto sentire a casa!

L’alloggio rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione: nonostante si trovi su una strada, è sorprendentemente silenzioso. La posizione è comoda, vicina all’autostrada, ma il vero punto di forza è la colazione, davvero ottima, con tutte preparazioni fatte in casa. Consigliato!

The host was veeeery nice and helped us a lot with our trip, food and places to visit recommendations. The place was very took care of, clean and beautiful. The garden and the building is amazing, you can feel real Italian atmosphere. The location was good and we enjoyed walking around, it’s really close to station so it’s great for trips. We think that it was the best place we could chose!

Francesca est une hôte adorable, prévenante, toujours prête à rendre service et à conseiller de bonnes destinations. Sa maison est charmante, son grand jardin très agréable et le petit-déjeuner parfait pour commencer la journée. Un vrai plaisir. Nous recommandons bien sûr !

Das B&B befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt von Arco. Es ist sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Klettertouren. Es ist kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Uns wurden verschiedene Stellen genannt und wir konnten dort immer einen freien Platz ergattern (manche kostenpflichtig). Wir haben uns bei Isabella und Andrea sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das B&B sehr gerne weiter!

I feel so lucky to have chosen this place! It’s absolutely beautiful — the space feels like a museum with its unique decor and peaceful atmosphere. Maria is such a wonderful and kind host; she made me feel truly at home. Breakfast was delicious — she prepares it herself with so much care and love. Every morning felt like a special experience. The house is clean and cozy, and Maria’s hospitality made my stay unforgettable. I would definitely come back and recommend it ♥️♥️

Both Sergio and Guisy are very friendly and relaxed and make sure you are comfortable. They give good tips for nearby restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast is complete and fresh. Really loved our stay as it felt as being at home. Definitely we'll return here when we visit the region. Thank you Sergio and Guisy!

One of the best B&B’s I’ve ever stayed at! The room is very beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. The garden is amazing, with views of the lake, the mountains, olive trees, and the family’s pet goats and chickens, cats and sweet dog made my stay extra special! But the best part about it all were the hosts: Barbara and Nicola are outstanding people and I absolutely adored them! I hope to return soon♥️

Für den Preis eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Francesca war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat mir in allen Belangen weitergeholfen sowie wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Innenstadt war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar (maximal 1 km entfernt). Die Unterkunft war sauber und lag in einer ruhigen Gegend. Frühstück war auch lecker. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist von höchster Qualität und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der typisch italienischen Gastfreundschaft – unsere Gastgeberin Laura war unglaublich herzlich und hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Der Pool mit Salzwasser war ein weiteres Highlight. Mit seiner perfekten Temperatur war er die ideale Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Die ruhige Lage inmitten eines malerischen Weinbergs ist einfach unschlagbar. Hier kann man wirklich abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Hundefreundlichkeit der Unterkunft. Unser Hund konnte sich auf den weitläufigen Rasenflächen frei bewegen und hatte genauso viel Spaß wie wir. Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Graziella ist eine ganz liebenswerte und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, die für sehr viel Privatsphäre sorgt, obwohl man bei ihr im Haus lebt. Dieses ist super gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man nicht ganz fit ist (zb wie ich schwanger) ist es gut mit dem Auto anzureisen, da man vom See aus schon einiges an Steigung überwinden muss.

Das Zimmer welches wir bewohnt haben ist Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. umliegend befindet sich ein größer schöner Garten welchen man nutzen kann. Giovanni und Christine seine Frau, die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich

I stayed at Paula’s listing for 6 nights with 3 children. The place is lovely and clean and has all amenities needed within a B&B. It was approx 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from a grocery shop. This was a great base to stay for visiting Milan, Monza, Como, Bergamo and others. The breakfast provided was excellent and having Wi-Fi was a plus point with the children. I would definitely recommend this listing for families who need a nice Northern Italian base.

Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück mit Liebe zubereitet. Anna ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns außerdem sehr über unseren Balkon gefreut, auf welchem man morgens hervorragend in der Sonne frühstücken kann. Kleiner Tipp: Koffer direkt am Haus ausladen, ansonsten muss man vom Parkplatz aus damit bergauf laufen. Danke an Anna für die schöne Unterkunft und den tollen Service!

Io e la mia amica siamo capitate nel l’alloggio di Maria per un cambio di programma rispetto ad un viaggio che avevamo in programma; siamo state accolte con gentilezza e ci siamo subito sentite a nostro agio. Il luogo era fantastico, la spa altrettanto e abbiamo avuto modo di rilassarci e goderci due giorni molto rilassanti.

Alessio gentilissimo e puntuale, la struttura di recente ristrutturazione pulita e moderna in un contesto ottimale, vicino dal centro ma lontano dal caos.......consigliato+++++

One of the best thought out air b&bs we’ve stayed in! Very clean and comfortable and in perfect location! Car parking was very simple and easy to do! The added extras of croissants delivered in the morning and biscuits for the dog were a lovely touch! We would have preferred 10/11 am check out but that is the only negative, the place was perfect!

Das Appartement ist absolut einwandfrei und alles für zwei Gäste vorhanden. Auch das Bad ist wie neu und man bemerkt die Liebe zum Detail. Zum Wandern eignet sich die Gegend und die Jahreszeit sehr gut. Für die Selbstversorgung ist ein Lidl in der Nähe. Ich komme gern wieder 🙂
