Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

The Superior apartment offers space for up to 6 people on 82 m² to 98 m². Equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a double sofa bed in the living area, which can accommodate two more people. The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with shower and partly separate toilets. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
