This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Relaxing Beach Getaway in a Nice and Tidy Setting…We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Airbnb stay the property offered a fantastic base to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. The place itself was nice and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming

Stayed for a night, John was so nice and friendly and so was Indy! though the room was small, it was definitely cozy and our furbaby enjoyed our stay as well. Location was superb being close to the beach and trails and many other activities to do.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy and comfortable home. The location is peaceful and private, just a short walk to beautiful beaches — perfect for kids to ride their bikes and collect shells. The house was quite clean overall, with just a few small details overlooked, but the host was very responsive to feedback. The space was warm and inviting, with great heating and very comfortable beds. Our dogs loved it too — the secure, high fences made it a perfect pet-friendly getaway. We’d happily book again! The coffee machine was a very welcome addition for this exhausted mum of two boys! Thanks for having us.

Beautiful views with great beach access. Photos online are accurate. Very modern and clean house with all amenities you could possibly need. Tennis court was great and even my dogs loved chasing the balls around the court. Very secure for any size dog. Unfortunately they had a problem with the heating prior to our arrival which couldn’t be fixed in time. They gave us plenty of firewood to compensate. Because of this, when it was cloudy and cold outside, the house was really hard to heat up. Especially down stairs. At one point during our stay we ran out of firewood which was quickly replenished. We were very happy that they were able to so quickly. The microwave and dishwasher were not easy to operate. Some simple clear instructions would have been helpful. The online manual was available but hard to understand. 🤷‍♀️. These are small things. I would definitely go back. Everything we could have asked for and more (except for the heating issue). We decided to book Gaye’s place as we were nearing the end of our two-week road trip and needed a quiet spot to rest, relax, and prepare for our flight home. We arrived late at night, but Gaye and her husband Barry were there to warmly greet us and show us around. Throughout our road trip, we had been enjoying self check-ins, and at the end of our journey, we were blessed with the warmth of personal hospitality. It was such a beautiful and fitting end to our trip. Thank you!

We stayed for the long weekend. It was a family get away. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. It has a beautiful pool and spa. It had all you need to cook if you feel like it. Had lots of games for young and old. Location was great, close to shops, beach or go for a beautiful walk. We could not fault anything. Definitely recommend Jenine’s place you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back again but next time for a longer stay. Thank you once again Jenine. We give you 5 stars

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Had a great stay at Rebecca’s place for the family for 3 nights. The property was clean, and had all the essential amenities which a family requires to cater for young children and elderly. The property is located in a peaceful and serene location, and a short drive to Cape Schank. Communication was precise and prompt, and would highly recommend the host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as a short walk to the promenade (some of our group walked/ran to St Kilda each day), supermarket, restaurants and other shopping all a short walk. Close to city for exploring there too. The lounge area is really roomy and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom but a second toilet downstairs. Great sound system with bluetooth so was nice to have background music of our own choosing too.

What a property.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Roger was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Our family had a fantastic stay at Ruby’s. There are lots of lovely touches that make the place feel homely, including a photo book of local attractions. The kitchen is really well equipped, and the two living spaces ideal with a family. The kids really enjoyed the games shed too. Many thanks!

Had a wonderful couple of days at Annie’s property. It is very well equipped and private. Also closed to many amenities. Would definitely return again if we drop by Queenscliff.

The place was great for our family! Neat, tidy and homely, with lots of space for us to relax. It's super close to the beach and shops, and really easy to find and check in. Highly recommend it for a getaway. We'd love to go back one day and spend more time there!

We loved our stay here in Mount Martha. The house was exactly as advertised, spacious with a lovely yard and in a quiet area. Your only a 3 minute drive to the beach and shops. It's a great location from which to explore the Mornington peninsula region. Highly recommended Mark and Zoe
