The place was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and the bed is so comfy. You get plenty of room for you things. The building has thick walls so you cannot hear the neighbours at all. There is also a cat : ). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and Marija replies promptly to the requests. Highly recommend and if we are ever in the area we will stay again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très propre et conforme à l’annonce. Walter a été un hôte formidable, très accueillant et nous a donné de nombreux conseils utiles. La station de bus 4 L est à 200 m de l’appartement et le bus vous permet de rejoindre Venise en 15 mn. Tarif 3 euros par voyage mais si vous disposez d’un city pass vaporetto vous pourrez également emprunter les bus allant à mestre. L’appartement se situe à 10 mn à pieds de la gare, idéal pour prendre la navette bus menant à Trevise. En face de l’immeuble vous trouverez un supermaché ouvert tous les jour. Mikas place is absolutely amazing. Situated in the old town only 1 minute from the marina and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Temperatures reached 28 degrees when we were there but with aircon in all rooms it was no problem at all. The house is in perfect condition and Mika answered all our questions very quickly. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Fiorenza’s home! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/living room space very inviting and relaxing. She even left us some fruit and juice! We had a rental car and it was an easy distance to Venice, but also nice to get out of the bustle of the city for the night. The only issue I had was that there wasn’t clear or quick communication. When I asked where we were supposed to park all she said was to refer to the email she sent and I never received any email. Overall it was a fantastic stay though!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Elvin und Ivana! Die Unterkunft war großartig, besonders die Möglichkeit, unser E-Auto direkt an der Wallbox zu laden, war sehr praktisch. Elvin und Ivana haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer zur Seite. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt, und dank der vielen tollen Tipps der Gastgeber konnten wir die Gegend optimal erkunden. Auch der Garten war ein Highlight: eine gemütliche Sitzecke zum Entspannen und ein Trampolin, auf dem unsere Kinder viel Spaß hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt 😊 es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und für uns war die Lage super.

Wir wurden von Tamaras Familie sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt und sauber! Vor allem die ruhige Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Man ist auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Vielen Dank liebe Tamara für die schöne Zeit!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist perfekt für eine große Gruppe.

Schon vor der Anreise gab es eine nette Kommunikation. Dejan hat extra für uns einen Kinderstuhl organisiert, den es eigentlich nicht in der Ausstattung gab Das Haus und die Terrasse ist wirklich toll. Modern und super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wirklich bequeme Betten und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl uns sicher gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war das Highligt, besonders für die Kinder. So das wir selbst im Oktober noch hineinspringen konnten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Casa semplicemente fantastica, noi eravamo in 7, 4 adulti e 3 ragazzi, i ragazzi hanno dormito sui divani letto nell’immensa sala, noi avevamo le due matrimoniali. Piscina, vasca idro, portico con tavolo. Tutto fantastico. Lavanderia a gettoni a pochi passi. Ci si sposta in macchina ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge tutto! Il proprietario ci ha aspettato e fatto vedere tutta la casa. Che dire, tutto perfetto!!

Мы с семьей путешествовали по Италии и остановились на две ночи в этом приятном месте. Атмосфера большого дома была очень уютной и спокойной. Мы просыпались под пение птиц. Бесплатная парковка для нашего автомобиля находилась в нескольких метрах от входа. Marziano встретил нас и показал свой дом, подробно проинструктировал нас о том как работает техника в доме. К вечеру стало немного прохладно и Marziano, по нашей просьбе включил дополнительное отопление. В доме три спальни и три больших ванных комнаты. Советы Marziano по выбору ресторана были очень полезны. Мы посетили один из рекомендованных рыбных ресторанов. Это было замечательно. На машине было удобно добираться до всех интересных мест нашего путешествия. Спасибо Marziano за гостеприимство.

Siamo stati ospiti di Boris 3 giorni; la sua casa è davvero molto graziosa e allegra, accessoriata con quello che serve, piena di luce e con una finestra sul mare meravigliosa! La posizione è molto comoda, mercato per la spesa praticamente sotto casa, ristoranti e vari negozi nei dintorni. Boris è stato un host molto gentile! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Posto molto tranquillo, abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e devo dire veramente molto comodo. Molto preciso nelle indicazioni e casa ben tenuta e pulita.. lo consiglio a chi si trova nella zona.. grazie

Lovely clean and peaceful apartment in a nice building in Treviso. Our host was super helpful and found us a restaurant booking when all of the local restaurants were fully booked. The apartment has a shared entrance which is fully described in the listing. Thanks for your hospitality!

Laura's apartment is an ideal place to explore Venice. Located away from the tourist crowds, it allows you to quickly immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of the city. The famous sights are still within easy walking distance. The pictures of the apartment in the description speak for themselves. The apartment is in excellent condition and the four of us felt very comfortable there. Due to the location in an inner courtyard, you don't hear anything of the (not so busy) life in the neighborhood. Laura answers quickly and helpfully. On site, you are looked after by Paolo, who is extremely friendly and helpful. Even an unexpected late arrival outside the usual check-in times was no problem for him, although the exact time of arrival could only be communicated shortly beforehand. He gave us valuable tips for shopping and restaurants in the area, so that we were able to enjoy our stay right from the start. We fully recommend this object. Thank you so much, Laura and Paolo!
