You can bike directly from the house to the Tunnel Vision Trail (Ridgeline Retreat) located down the street. Golf courses, tennis courts, minigolf, and the BV Rec Center are all within biking distance. Play ping pong or pool in the garage or relax on the back porch. Family friendly with TV's in all rooms. Crystal Bridges, Amazeum, or the Bentonville Square is 15 minutes away.

Approx. .50 from the Dogwood Golf Course, exercise facility, 400 yds. to Back 40 Trails, 15 min. to Bentonville (shops, restaurants) , Crystal Bridges and Pinnacle hills. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit.
