"The Shack" - a very private self-catered, self-contained, weatherboard cottage set on a rural retreat of 80 hectares (200 acres) featuring cleared paddocks, dams, bush tracks and bushland expanses with no other dwelling on the property. Neighbours - there are none within sight. The Shack is off grid with rainwater tanks, solar panels and 12v battery bank. Stove, hot water and fridge/freezer are powered by bottled gas.
