The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fireplace to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. Cabin 13, sleeps 4 guests, features two queen size bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath is located on the Back 40 trail in Bella Vista and within minutes of Little Sugar and Blowing Springs trails. It is situated in the tall pine trees within a private cul-de-sac for plenty of extra free parking. It includes covered parking and a dog-friendly fenced in back yard. It's perfect for a vacation getaway to explore the hiking/biking trails, downtown restaurants and/or a number of other attractions Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled in the Pines, less than 200 yards from trail access, and with lake access at the end of the road, Pine Cone Cottage is a truly unique setting. You will feel like you are in a treehouse amidst the forest, but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, golf, and the highway. Our goal is for you to have a peaceful escape during your stay and we believe Pine Cone Cottage will live up to your expectations.

Garage has pool/ ping pong table, bike work stand with tools.
