The shared yard has 15 wooded acres for you to explore. Walk your dog on the trail through the woods. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Newfound lake, and set in the heart of the Lakes Region. Nearby are numerous hiking trails, snowmobile trails, ski resorts and more. We have four friendly dogs and raise chickens and goats

Spacious and Unique Farmhouse and its close proximity to Franklin Falls Dam Recreational area 2/10 of a mile from our driveway. Hike, bike or tent and come B&B it. If you are a spinner/ knitter, bring your wheel or borrow mine! I have a few hundred LBS of alpaca fiber or sheep's wool to spin. I also offer up a quaint little farm store as part of the spinner's nook. Sit on the deck and listen to the babbling brook! Come relax and have fun. All inclusive farm breakfast on Sunday!
