Die Lage des Apartments ist top – nah am Wasser, der Stadt und mit eigenem Parkplatz hinter einem Tor. Leider war das Apartment bei Ankunft nicht sauber, wir mussten selbst putzen und die bereitgestellten Laken waschen. (Handtücher und Bettwäsche in Frankreich nicht vorhanden), auf jeden Fall selbst mitbringen. Die Ausstattung war sehr minimal – grundlegende Dinge wie ausreichend Toilettenpapier fehlten, was bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt unpraktisch war. Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Komfort und Sauberkeit gewünscht, gemütliche Abende gab es in dieser schönen Wohnung trotzdem!. Gerne wieder

Nous avons passé une nuit chez djamal ! Le logement est très bien, au calme. La chambre est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. L’hôte est très réactif, cordial et avec qui nous avons pu discuter facilement !

Hassina et Larbi sont des hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants, le logement est vraiment sympa, on se sent dans leur maison un peu comme chez nous, l’appartement a sa propre entrée, accès à Nice promenade des Anglais en tram en moins de 20mn et la station se trouve à 5mn de l’appartement. On peut garer facilement la voiture dans la rue a 100metres à pied du logement et gratuitement. Il n’y a pas la vue mer, mais vous loger en ville comme si vous étiez a la campagne avec la piscine en prime. Nous y retournons, c’est certain

Wir waren Ende Oktober in Bernards wunderbarer Unterkunft und wir waren in dieser Zeit seine einzigen Gäste. Das Haus ist sehr intelligent hergerichtet, alles ist von hoher Qualität und funktioniert wunderbar. Besonders genossen haben wir unsere Mahlzeiten in dem verglasten Vorbau mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick in die Landschaft. Man wohnt im ersten Obergeschoss und hat dadurch noch mal eine bessere Sicht, der Zugang ist völlig privat von der Rückseite. Bernard ist ein unheimlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sehr entspannt, zurückhaltend und respektvoll. Er hat uns spontan noch Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben, als das Wetter einmal nicht ganz so sonnig war. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der traumhaften Region in und um Nizza. Vielen Dank

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le charmant petit appartement d'Anna. Le logement, très propre, est au centre du village de Moustiers, au calme avec une terrasse extérieure. Il reste frais malgré les 34° de cette dernière semaine d'août : le bonheur ! Nous recommandons !

Super séjour de 3 semaines! Quartier calme et tranquille mais près du centre ville à pied en 10 minutes max. Maison très agréable à habiter : bruits de la rivière, terrasse, literie très confortable! Et en prime Coton le chat de la maison très très câlin!! Hôtesse au taquet si on a besoin!

Sophies Gite is superb. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the quiet and privacy. Perfect place to rest and recharge from a busy time. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in winter. Thank you Sophie.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in deze Airbnb. Zeer proper en zeer aangename hosts. Reageerden heel snel en zijn flexibel omgegaan met ons verzoek om een HDMI-kabel te voorzien. De oprit op- en afrijden was soms wel een beetje spannend omdat het smal en steil is. Het huis is prachtig en het poolhouse is echt een grote meerwaarde met een volledige keuken.

Die Wohnung ist altmodisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, es funktioniert alles problemlos. Die Heizung mit den Klimageräten, das schnelle Internet, der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück, alles 1A. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen, ist diese Unterkunft für uns die erste Wahl!

Judith est super accueillante et réactive, réservé la veille pour le lendemain. Nous avons passé un super moment dans un lieu plein de charme décoré avec goût par Judith et au couleur de son univers. De bon conseils pour visiter antibes, le pam pam 😍. Merci encore pour cet accueil de qualité et surtout un super feeling, à refaire d'urgence 😁

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, la maison est très belle et fonctionnelle, le jardin était très agréable et fleuri. Le village et ses alentours sont à découvrir avec de nombreux sentiers de ballades. Lauren nous a très bien accueilli. Nous recommandons !

Appartement agréable et lumineux, bien équipé, belle déco, lit confortable. Localisation pratique avec commerces dont supermarché à 3min à pieds et gare à 6min. Concierge reactive. Seul petit bémol, le parking pas directement axcessible car dans immeuble voisin.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt, hat alles, was für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchen! Allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon einiges wert! Die Wohnung liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie bequem über die Uferpromenade laufen können. Und auch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Ein- und Auschecken in die Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Vielen Dank für die wundervollen Momente im Leben der Touristen! Immer wieder gerne!

It was an amazing stay, we had no big expectations but were still more than satisfied with everything. Even though they said that the english wasn't the best, we had still no problems with communication and always received a quick response. The view was spectacular and stunning and made the more rural neighbourhood easy to overlook. It's 2 minutes away from the bus stop(s) so that was a really nice feature as well. For us the wintergarten AND the balcony/terrace was an amazing thing we were able to enjoy a lot. Thank you so much for being so uncomplicated and making us feel welcomed from the beginning. Even without the little welcome gift ;) , we felt really comfortable really fast.

Such a lovely place to stay and balcony had the most amazing view. It was lovely to it out on the day bed in the sun with coffee in the morning just watching the promenade wake up. Kerstin has thought of everything for the property, and it was easy to feel right at home. Plus she provided some lovely recommendations for where to eat on our stay. It was a a lovely base for exploring the Cote D’Azur area for a week, we would love to return again.

This was exactly the peaceful environment I needed for myself and my nervous dog. The location was quiet, private, and felt completely safe. The space was comfortable and relaxing, with a spectacular view from the terrace and an outdoor area that was a unique treat in Nice. Patricia was incredibly welcoming—a wealth of information, very kind to my dog, and a generous host overall. She was also very accommodating with my late arrival, which I really appreciated.
