We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bluffton and Lindsey's property was a big reason why. It was perfect for my family - offering ample room for gathering, watching movies, and of course playing in the game room - what a BONUS! The sleeping quarters and bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and perfectly situated for our needs as well. We visit Bluffton often, so we'll be back!

This was a great stay. Spacey and quiet but super convenient to the base. Was able to accommodate my whole family from the senior citizen to the 16 month old and all ages in between including the family dog. Plenty of items to keep the kids busy, and provided supplies to clean up after our pet bags, scooper, leash they have really tried to think of everything. Super clean easy check in and out great communication

We absolutely loved the house , it was beautiful,inviting , felt like I was home . We will definitely book again next time we plan a trip. It was a wonderful trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything the house , shopping , restaurants, the beach . I would highly recommend staying in Bluffton . Until next time 😉😉😉

Great place for our group to stay during a local golf tournament. Bedroom layout was great for several couples and had a nice central living area. House has everything we needed for the weekend and more. Would stay here again.

We had a fabulous day at this sweet guesthouse w our baby and small dog! It was so nice to have access to the club amenities nearby too. Ellen is remarkably responsive and helpful with all stages of planning.

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends. It’s a really well appointed house, super clean, spacious bedrooms and a great garage that makes coming in from the beach easy. And the kids loved the warm pool. The local beach was beautiful and we had a great time biking all the paths.

This was our second stay at the house, and we hope to keep coming back. House is comfy and clean and has everything you need. The peacefulness and beauty of the marsh, the birdsong, and the wind in the trees are balm to the soul.

The space was really great! We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (as described), and the yard was beautiful. The location was convenient for us to visit the charming downtown of Bluffton (lots of nice restaurants and boutiques) and to attend events at Palmetto Bluff (about a 15 minute drive). Everything was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable. A great bonus was Cahill's Chicken Kitchen right across the street: we ate breakfast there twice! Andrea was easy to communicate with very friendly. I think we may visit again and stay here for longer: we heard great things about boat tours in the area and there a plenty of golf opportunities.

Me and my family were very pleased by the condo from the very beginning. It was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Rana responded very quickly and answered any questions that I had. There was plenty of room for my whole family whether we were sleeping or sitting around. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place with all the amenities you need! Close to coligny - grocery and restaurants. So nice to not have to drive everywhere! Everything has been updated and feels like home. Would stay here again. Had zero issues!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at this adorable condo! We immediately felt at home and the kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Amazing location. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Perfect spot for our family of 5 to enjoy a great family vacation! We have stayed in quite a few places with our family over the years and this one ranks among the best. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also used the grill once. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the space. Hope to return to this unit again!

I cannot say enough great things about renting from the boys of HHI. They were so responsive thru out my booking process, leading up to the trip and during my stay. The house was wonderful and they had so many touches that made you feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. It is so rare to stay at an AirBnB and have the luxury of staying at a hotel (shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks etc) but that’s what they provide. Highly recommend!

We love staying in the Shipyard community. People and dogs are friendly and great within the community and the beach. Biking is easy and fun. Our condo was quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!🙏🩵👍✌️🏖️

First time visitors from the UK. The house was perfect for our stay with all our needs catered for. The house was really clean, had a well stocked kitchen, comfy sofas, great bathrooms. Beach chairs & towels were a great help. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay there again, highly recommend. We hired bikes and rode to the beach every day, it took just 5 mins to get there - we started each morning with a ride on the beach and saw dolphins each day. You can cycle down the beach to Coligny in about 30 mins. We loved Palmetto Dunes, a great location to stay in and to use as a base for exploring the island. We made use of the pickleball courts and golf range. It was great cycling around PD and seeing gators from a safe distance! Erin was the perfect host, very responsive & informative both before and during our stay. Erin went out of her way for a specific request and couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you Erin, you have a beautiful home.

We loved the place and would absolutely stay here again! Awesome location between the beach and great restaurants/playgrounds - all walkable. Super clean and great layout for my husband and I + our 2-year-old to sleep in her own room.

The villa was clean and a short drive to the beach, who I was visiting, and shelter cove. Yelizaveta had my dog all registered when we got there so I didn’t have to do anything.

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was very nice and cozy. We wished we could have spent more time on the porch/balcony but weather didn’t permit. It was so easy to get into, Nancy’s instructions were perfect. I would recommend this villa to anyone going to HHI.
