The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Not far from Baška, in Jurandvor, we offer a very comfortable and functional apartment. It is located on the first floor of a family house. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills, nature and the sea. There is a sofa in the living room. There is also a separate bed for 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests can use the barbecue located in the garden.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
