Light, bright outhouse conversion with private mostly dog proof garden, private entrance and dedicated off street parking. Ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. The Old Piggery

The Old Piggery is a 5 minute walk to the beach with incredible views looking onto the river Stour estuary. As a recent conversion it has a modern, open plan layout with large French windows in both the living area and each bedroom, filling the house with natural light. A wood burning stove & underfloor heating create a cosy setting to relax & dine in.
