We loved the location on the river so much, that’s why we bought here. The interior is all fresh and new. We walk less than a minute to get to the free vail bus, it’s so convenient! The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car. The highlight of this place is its location by the Gore creek. Nature and wild life brings beauty to your experience It is very peaceful here and as secluded as you want it to be, yet conveniently located near to everything you might need. To keep the place to its intended quietude and spaciousness, the max occupancy is for 2 guests ONLY. Please note : during winter season ie when the mountain opens till closing day , there is a 4 night minimum stay. Summer time is 3 nights minimum. (June-Sep)

An 18 hole golf course runs through the community. Few minutes walk to the Highway 6 bus stop. The bus is free. Five min drive to Beaver Creek and 10 min to Vail.

The Adventure Park is also a .4 mile walk/bus ride away in the summer or hop on the bus and take a short trip to Main Street.
