Aspen: aluguel por temporada de flats

We have stayed in many places in Colorado and Utah, and this would rank as one of the best value for location accommodations we have stayed. It was very clean very well located and had every facility we required for a family ski trip in the Vail area. Our family had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend Joseph.

Great place to stay and so convenient!

Location doesn’t get much better than the Ritz Carlton in Beavercreek!! we booked this unit when there was a complete company buy out, so we were not able to use all of the amenities for the entire day, but the host was very clear This would be the issue and gave us a reduced rate. However, we did get to utilize all of the restaurants and bars our last day/night & everything was amazing! We will definitely be back

Incredibly beautiful home. Had access to all Ritz amenities. Location was perfect. Kitchen was fully functional, we were able to cook so many meals at home. Had absolutely no surrounding noise, felt more like a home than a hotel. Just gorgeous.

Nice end unit with lots of windows. Great location, walkable to town and ski slopes. Comfortable furniture.

This was a great location. Literally only a 5-10 minute walk to everything in downtown Aspen. The place was beautiful with a fantastic kitchen and living area with plenty of room. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife, Jan and I have stayed on Peak 7 for 10 or so years. You cannot beat the location or facilities. The staff is top notch and rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The shuttle to town is easy but there can be a wait. Hot tub, lockers for snowboards or skis, workout facilities (if you can breath) are all there.

This is a great place to stay in Avon. The facility has a ton of amenities with a very helpful and friendly staff, and the host was very communicative and helpful. If you're skiing the Gondola is walkable, as are the grocery store and several local restaurants.

Josh and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The property was so beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. Super comfy beds and steam shower were awesome! I can’t say enough about the attentive staff and ski valet, we felt so spoiled! It was so nice to check our skis in slope side at the end of a wonderfully exhausting day of skiing. The location was perfect, directly at the base of peak 8. The front desk staff arranged transportation for us to get into town each night for dinner, we literally did nothing! The shuttle coming back each night was super easy, and always right on time! If you’re looking for a “next level” stay in Breckenridge, look no further!

This rental was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. You can shuttle to mountains or take the bus which we did since so close. If you are a big skier go to Four Mountain sports or Gorsuch for rentals-more options for advanced skiers. I highly recommend this rental! There was a large kitchen and everything is walking distance. We usually stay at a Hotel in town and it was nice to settle in and cook simple meals. Also the gym is pretty solid and the staff was very friendly. Next time will rent a larger place and bring all my children.

Aspen is a magical place to visit. This beautiful hotel is right in the thick of things is downtown Aspen. Can’t wait to return to Aspen and stay at the independence square hotel again!

We had an amazing stay in Aspen. Looking out the window we could watch all the skiers and snowboarders coming down the mountain while sitting next to the fire. The gym is amazing here and we worked out every day. We will def be back.
