Unique and sunny apartment in central Athens. The apartment is on the first floor of a historical 1930’s Bauhaus mansion. The 200 sq.m apartment offers an equally large roof garden. The apartment is close to the metro station (5 min walk), close to shops and amenities, 15 minutes walking distance from the National Archeological Museum, Exarheia and Omonia square. It is located very close to lively and vibrant Kypseli area and at a 25 minutes walking distance from Plaka and the Acropolis.
