Where to begin this place was great!! Exactly as described and photos were spot on. Enjoyed watching the lake from the comfy sitting chairs and having morning coffee. This place was wheelchair accessible as I’m my mothers caregiver this allowed her to travel with us. There is neighbors but it felt so secluded. My husband and son caught some nice fish from the dock. New recently added hot tub was a great bonus. Tessa was very responsive to my messages. Will definitely be returning.

Nice lake house. Comfortable spaces. The living room was spacious but only 1 table lamp to light the space after dark. This house is not one to pick for anyone with mobility issues as all bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen/living room upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

this was our second time staying here & it’s the most beautiful & relaxing home! we felt right at home immediately & it’s always clean & welcoming! can’t recommend this beautiful lake house enough!!!

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the front yard for all day sledding! The house was spacious - perfect for our four families! Most importantly, the hosts were super friendly and responsive to any questions we had! We will definitely be back to enjoy the river in the summer!!

Great stay. Very clean, well equipped, amenities were as advertised and well maintained. House was in great location - very near restaurants, stores, and lake norman park (great hiking trails). Communication with host and co-host was very responsive. The game room was a hit! Adults, kids, and grandkids all played pool, air hockey, and foosball. Grandkids loved the paddleboards. And the hot tub was very nice for unwinding. For Thanksgiving dinner - having 2 refrigerators and ovens for meal prep was a lifesaver! Only feedback I have is it would be nice if the game room was heated. And the fenced back yard was not as large as we expected (as it looked in the picture) but it worked out ok for the 2 dogs. All in all a great time had by all - including the dogs - and it was a great Thanksgiving! Would recommend staying here!

My family and I truly loved this house! We knew we would enjoy ourselves from the minute we walked in and looked at the lake view from the front door! The house had everything we needed for a weekend on the lake....a big backyard, kayaks, towels, a fire pit, and games. The master bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Stunning house and such a peaceful location! Fell in love with the wind chime in the backyard; has the most relaxing tone for all hours of the day. The hosts were great, left a beautiful welcome basket including any information we may need, a bottle of wine, and more! The light switches and cabinets were nicely labeled for ease and had ample supplies for hosting a large group. And everyone LOVED the pillows, thick and sturdy yet soft! I'd recommend this home to any group staying in North Carolina!

My friends & I enjoyed this stay overall. We were celebrating my 40th birthday, & the house definitely served that purpose in many ways. It's very big & spacious, many cozy rooms with very comfy beds, & of course the best part of the property is the SPECTACULAR view of the lake, no matter where you're in or around the house. Also really loved the sun room but was disappointed we mostly couldn't use it at night because it was too cold out and the space is not well-insulated or heated. We tried to use space heaters, but that mostly didn't work. There were a few other issues throughout the house, like a few of the sunroom panes being off their track and seemingly impossible to put back on, a broken freezer handle, big speakers throughout the common areas that mostly didn't work, string lights in the sun room that were partially out and the main light out there not coming on, & the stove requiring stainless steel pots and pans to work. Otherwise, a great spot & getaway. I would come back.

We had 7 family members and two dogs stay at the house and it was perfect. The river beautiful and the beach makes it easy to slip the boats in and out. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great little cottage for a weekend trip. Perfect for a couple and nice if you have a dog with a fenced in yard. Great location getting to the Blue Ridge Pkwy or Boone. One thing I will say it sits right on hwy 421, but you don’t hear the traffic at all when inside the house.

Such a fun little spot on the lake. Cozy and clean. We had a blast fishing and sitting in the sunroom reading. Well appointed and located close enough to town for convenience but isolated enough to feel like an escape.

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin. It’s a great location to take day trips and go out for meals. The home was in great condition and had what we needed. Danielle was very responsive. The pontoon boat is an amazing feature to have and we enjoyed taking it out. The hill to get to the lake from the house was quite steep and may be difficult for some people to navigate - just something to be aware of. The actual home / host / experience were all excellent!

The property location was perfect on the Lake and close to Restaurants and shopping. The host was very helpful with local recommendations and highlights of the area.

Two thumbs up on this lovely house. The views from the back porch were fantastic with nice open lake visible. The house is also on a cove, so a bit quieter than the main lake, but the water level off the dock was 12-14 ft so no issues with docking the boat we rented. There was a ladder for swimming and kayaks came with the house-we brought our own paddle boards. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of silverware and we were able to prepare two large meals for about 20 people with no issues. The driveway is a bit steep and long and there are stairs to navigate to get in the house and within so may be challenging if mobility an issue. The wifi was a bit slow if multiple folks using at once, but overall good for routine functions. The fire pit area was nice and well-maintained with seating for eight. Overall we loved this rental and would highly recommend.

Very nice and peaceful lake cabin. Roomy and will accommodate up to 8-10 comfortably. Access to lake a dock is a big plus.

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway right on the water. The hosts were very responsive and equipped the house with everything you could need. They provided a fire pit, grill, kayaks, and canoes which were perfect activities given the weather. There are houses nearby but it still felt like we had our privacy. We would definitely rent this house again and come back to Lake Norman!

Beautiful and relaxing little cabin by a pond. Great for excursions to hiking spots in the region. Joey was very helpful and responsive. Be aware that there is no stove/oven, but there is a microwave and gas grill. We really enjoyed using the grill, which is on a patio overlooking the pond!

I rented the place as a Christmas present for my daughter and her husband. I kept my granddaughter while they stayed. They had problems with the internet and James made a trip to the house and personally fixed the problem. They said he was really nice.

What a wonderful trip we had for our family reunion! Close to the clubhouse/lake for fishing and kayaking along with pickleball court which were a big hit! Our host was super responsive with local recommendations and their home was beautiful! Would definitely come back and stay!!
