Ottima soluzione per weekend in Liguria, posizionato vicino alla spiaggia di Finale Ligure, in comoda posizione. Appartamento con balcone, con il piacere di svegliarsi al mattino, affacciarsi e guardare il mare! Nella piccola piazza antistante il parcheggio è a pagamento, però gratuito nel periodo invernale, fino al 31/03.

What a fabulous accommodation . The apartment and the building is lovely and nicely cared for. The view is really spectacular and the location is great. We enjoyed being between Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is so walkable and there are all the necessities, groceries, banks and great restaurants nearby. Marco was there to greet us and navigate the garage! He continued to be super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly had a delightful and remarkable vacation in this superb spots d will surely return! Thank you Lois and Marco!! Gina and Michael

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen. Der atemberaubende Meerblick hat jeden Moment besonders gemacht. Unser Gastgeber war sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam und stellte sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Menton. Notre appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre, proche des commerces. Très pratique pour voir les défilés de la fête des citrons. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rosa. Un parking pour notre voiture. Visite de la région en train très pratique. Nous allons garder un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La vue est magnifique, coucher de soleil, levé du soleil, nuit étoilée, petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec vue sur mer. Il ne manquait rien, cuisine bien équipée et logement paisible. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Notre séjour dans l'appartement de Caroline s'est passé à merveille. Il était très bien, propre et tout à fait conforme à la description. La communication avec Caroline est très facile. Elle reste disponible et réactive à toutes les interrrogations de ses hôtes lors de la réservation. N'étant pas sur place lors de notre séjour, l'accueil a été assuré par Louis. Ce dernier a été parfait pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions possibles (ponctuel, sourire, gentillesse et disponible à souhait pendant toutes nos vacances au cas où). L'approche n'a rien à voir avec une boite à clés.... Je recommande donc l'appartement sans hésiter en raison de sa qualité et de personnes comme Caroline (propriétaire) et de Louis.

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche an der ligurischen Küste verbracht! Die Wohnung von Sergio in Bergeggi hat für uns als fünfköpfige Familie super gepasst, die Terrasse und die Aussicht aufs Meer sind wunderschön. Mit dem Auto erreicht man viele schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Mein Mann, unser 12 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten tolle 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Sie entspricht komplett der Beschreibung von Giulia. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und war sehr großzügig zum Einparken. Die Lage der Unterkunft (sehr ruhig und doch zentral) war hervorragend für die vielen Ausflüge entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen, der sehr schöne Zitronenbäume, eine Tischtennisplatte und Stühle sowie einen Tisch zum Verweilen enthält. Die Umgebung hält viele Caffes und Restaurants bereit. Unser Sohn muss sich glutenfrei ernähren und wir fanden direkt eine Straße weiter eine hervorragende Pizzeria (My Dream), die eine exzellente glutenfreie Pizza herstellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Great apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that one will get constant tourist foot traffic. The apartment is located on the main road of the village.

Siamo stai ospiti nell'alloggio di Maddalena e Riccardo x 2 giorni, e devo dire che è stato come essere a casa!! Tutto pulitissimo, non manca proprio nulla!! Dal caffè al detersivo x la lavatirce!! Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.
