Aluguéis por temporada em Akra

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο, μεγαλύτερο αποτι στις φωτογραφίες. Ηταν 2 λεπτά μακριά από την θάλασσα, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Είχε ότι χρειάζεσαι, αυτό που ξεχώρισα σαν γυναίκα είναι ότι προσέφερε πιστολάκι μαλλιών κανονικό και, παρότι έφερα το δικό μου, ήταν πολύ θετικό για κάποια άλλη που ίσως ξεχάσει! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας, ήταν όλα άνετα και πολύ όμορφα! Το άτομο που συνομιλήσαμε ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες και μας βοήθησε πολύ!! Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανα!!!

Ωραιος χωρος, industrial style. Πολυ λειτουργικη η καθε γωνια του!!Ομορφη βεραντα. Κρεβατι με πολυ ωραιο στρωμα .Οι πετσετες μοσχοβολαγαν!!!Ειχε παντοφλες μιας χρησεως!!Εχει κ κουβερτουλα για χουχουλιασμα στον καναπε..σαν στο σπιτι μας...Αα κ πιστολακι επαγγελματικο κ καθρεφτη χειρος , βασικα γυναικεια αξεσουαρ!! Η διαμονη ηταν υπεροχη, χωρις καμια οχληση, ησυχα,βολικα, ζεστα, δυο βηματα απο την παραλια!

Villa parfaite pour un séjour en groupe pour visiter Athènes et le Péloponnèse. Maria est une hôte très agréable et serviable. On recommande !

Obwohl wir aufgrund von Flugverspätung erst nach 22 Uhr angekommen sind, wurden wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Viviane ist immer gut gelaunt und freundlich, sie hat auch tolle Tipps... Das Haus ist ein Traum, die Terrasse nicht zu toppen, Betten gut und alles was man braucht ist da...Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten dann noch herrliches Wetter...der Zugang zum Meer und praktisch eigenem Strand in kleiner Bucht sehr angenehmen...man braucht ein Auto und für Gehbehinderte ist es m.E. ungeeignet... Wir waren sieben Personen, es war fantastisch!!!

Αγαπήσαμε Ξυλόκαστρο κι αυτό σε ένα μεγάλο βαθμό οφείλεται στο διαμέρισμα που μείναμε. Πρόσβαση εύκολη σε ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε και με πολύ καλή ανακαίνιση! Τόσο στους χώρους όσο και στα στρώματα, που είναι αναγκαία για την ξεκούραση. Το βραδινό αεράκι στο μπαλκόνι εν μέσω καύσωνα ήταν υπέροχο!

The host was very helpful during our stay. My daughter got sick and the host helped us with an appointment the same day. The house was great with the best view and sunset. You have to have a car to get there and to go to the beaches. The only minus with our stay was the hungry cats at the house. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Unsere Aufenthalt war genauso wie ich mir gewünscht hatte. Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Penthouse. Nah am Meer und direkt in der Stadt. Zur SPA, weshalb wir angereist waren, war zur Fuß eine halbe stunde. Kommunikation war sehr gut und sehr schnell. Falls ich wieder nach Loutraki reisen sollte, werde ich definitive schauen ob ich diese Penthouse wieder buchen kann,

Endroit parfait, calme, au bord de l'eau ! A proximité de Léonidio pour la grimpe et un bon choix de restaurants! Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et un lave linge pour vos habits sales!
