The space was beautifully decorated, clean, private, and spacious. Even though it's a studio, there is a lot of open space. The walk-in closet was beautiful and there is a ton of space to hang clothes or put into drawers. You can also store your luggage in there. The kitchen and bathroom are off to the side so they don't feel like they are part of your living space. The backyard is wonderful. It backs onto a natural area and the birding is fabulous. Nearby is JFK Park which is a great place to watch the sunset or the night sky. The whole vibe of this AirBnB is very relaxed. If you have time, Bill is an interesting person to talk to. He has lived an interesting life and is always planning new adventures. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future. The location was perfect! Such an easy walk to the boardwalk, beach and very close to the shops and restaraunts. Our teens and dog also enjoyed their stay! The host was so gracious and the condo was very well stocked with all the things we needed and more. Lots of thoughtful touches such as treats and toys for the pup, candy and a couple of waters for us. The porch was nice to sit on and have a beverage. We were also a short drive to Somer’s Point and the dog beach. The condo was very clean and the 5 of us had plenty of space. The parking spot in the back is tight but we were able to fit our BMW X5 in without blocking the stairs that lead to the upper level condos. We also found that backing in to the spot was much easier. We cant wait to go back in the near future!

Lee was an awesome host! All of the information we needed was sent ahead of time and with clear instructions. The condo was EXACTLY as described (and maybe even under sold). My wife and I stayed here with our three year old and four month old and could not have been happier with the space. Clean, accessible, and convenient! The block the place is on is quiet and private, dead ends right to the bay. Great and friendly neighbors too! Short walk to the beach (which was made even easier by the cart and chairs that were provided), ventnor height restaurants/stores/ice cream, ventnor playground, farmers market on Saturdays, and more!

The first thing I thought was that the apartment was even better than I expected! Beautifully decorated, bright, modern/new, and spotless! The location is great! We stayed in the off season on a weekend and still had lots to do! Would love to stay in the summer when the area is booming! Short walk to the ocean, bay, amusement park and lots of shops and restaurants! On top of that the host was very responsive, switched the night for me when we discovered a conflict and friendly! Would stay there again for sure!

I really enjoyed my stay and so did my son and his friends for his 15th bday. They were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk, a short distance. Many other restaurants and arcades right on the same street. They didn’t need me to get around at all. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, I bought extra pots and pans and didn’t even need to use them. Everything was clean. I love the stand up shower. The blankets and linens were so comfortable. The parking passes helped a lot as I had two car. There was laundry detergent available to wash clothes after beach. Loved the small balcony in bedroom. Very cute and cozy apt, would definitely book again!

Excellent communication and a great little getaway spot. Just the basics...but in OC thats all you need! Very clean, organized, and easy to find/park/get in. In very safe area with easy Uber/Lyft pickups and tons to do in the area both in season and off season.

This house in Atlantic City is in the location perfect for getting to the boardwalk & casinos. We had everything we needed for a few nights stay.

Sean was very communicative. We are not people who like casinos, but schedule the trip to two musical shows at the casinos on two different nights. Place was clean and in a quiet location within a mile or two of the casinos. Check-in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed. We ended up driving down to Cape May on two different occasions to spend the day, which is only about 40 minutes south. Very cute town offering a bird sanctuary, and a nature tour at the light house. We had some great dinners in Cape May as well. We did run out of things to do there by day four and came home a day early. But the apartment is just what we had hoped and expected, so all is good from our point of view.

My 6th stay at Tracy’s place if that tells you anything! My go-to place in OC. Just the right location for great walks, the beach and boardwalk, and nearby shops and restaurants. Home is perfect for singles, couples and families. Great kitchen and multiple spaces for gathering. We will be back!

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Everything about this stay was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer. DO NOT hesitate to book. The house is gorgeous!!!!! Well stocked, roomy, clean, comfy and the location is fantastic!!! The host communicated all details and made everything super easy. He is very generous!!! He was very accommodating when I booked our trip VERY last minute. Thank you for a very special and memorable stay. We will be back.

Great little place! had everything that I needed for a work vacation. Close to stores and to the parkway. Inside was equipped with everything that I needed and exceptionally clean. Beighborhood was great for walking dogs.

Had an amazing trip with my Mother and 3 year old daughter. I was flying in from another state to visit Ocean City and Holly was such a helpful host. The Unit is located on the 2nd floor with a wonderful patio with the most amazing views. 10/10 recommend.

Mark’s property was perfect for a stay in Sea Isle. Beach block, prime location with many walkable places nearby. The condo was very clean upon arrival, with clear instructions on how to enter the unit. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend booking this property!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. We loved the place! Very nice kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location - for shopping, gyms and restaurants. The host was fantastic! Very responsive. I hope we get to stay again soon. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Brigantine Breeze. From start to finish , everything exceeded our expectations. Communication with Tom & Amy was smooth and prompt. The space was immaculately clean and decorated with bright beachy decor...very cozy. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very close to the beach, just a short walk down the street. We enjoyed exploring the area.
