The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood 15mins away from city center. There are two tram stations within a 5min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around, with a delicious bakery for weekend brunches. We're 2 minutes walking distance from an outdoor public pool, a 5min cycle from Lochergut (a vibrant area full of bars and restaurants) and 10min cycle from Uetliberg. The house is pet-friendly.

Burehuus a de Hettligass in Seuzi

Seuzach ist ein Vorort der schönen Stadt Winterthur (5 km entfernt), per Bahn und Bus gut erschlossen. Zürich erreicht man in 25 Min. mit der S11 (Schnellbahn) oder in 25 km auf der A1 mit dem Auto. Das Haus liegt in der Kernzone von Seuzach und doch ist man mit ein paar Schritten im Grünen.
