Zemun: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Initially we were going to go to a hotel for our last couple of days in Belgrade, Serbia after 2 months in Novi Sad. All the rooms were booked do to the European basketball tournament. Well that turned out to be a good thing because this place is great. What caught my eye initially was the price but seeing the pictures and realizing it was on the Sava River we decided this was it. It is a little bit out of the way but if you are looking for some peace and quiet this is the place. (Sometimes there are loud parties at night close by.) The main entrance is through a door to the lower deck area which also leads to the river. This area has a BBQ, bar, sink, other seating and wait fot it,.....party lights!!!!! To the right is a somewhat steep staircase to the living area with another door at the top. The upstairs also has another semi private deck overlooking the river. Being a total sun bum from California I spent most of my time on this deck. My partner but so much during the sunshine. Also at night the lights on the river are magical. The instructions with pictures for the TV, LED projector, sound system, wood burning stove and party lights were very clear. Awesome sound system by the way. Easy to connect your phone via Bluetooth and rock. The LED projector has a HDMI to USB-C cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need plus an air popper, espresso machine, toaster, pots, pans, range and decent fridge. The couch/fold out bed was comfy as a couch and a bed. The deck furniture was perfect. Seriously, I lived in the sling beach chair. And prolly most important the place was very clean. The instructions to get here are very clear but the pictures are absolutley necessary. Since it is out of the way getting a taxi may be a challenge but the bus system is great. There is a bus stop on the main road next to the turn off for the property. Minutes away are great restaurants and bars along the river and lake. Dragan is a great host. He keeps in contact to make sure everything is perfect. We will definitly rent from him again.

Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

Здравейте! Аз съм доволен и от хазяина, и от стаята - Владета отговори на всякакви питания за настаняването, спалните бяха с удобни легла и всички помещения бяха чисти. Препоръчвам за големи приятелски групи от над 10 човека и дошли за туристически обиколки.

Très bon logement, calme paisible, lit très confortable et grand parfaitement bien placé au centre ville, je le recommande vivement avec son petit extérieur bien agréable

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Das Aufenthalt war sehr zufriedenstellend . Der Gastgeber bietet Flughafentransfer an ! Es ist zu empfehlen diesen wahrzunehmen, da Taxen/Uber etc. viel teurer sind.

Convenient place, clean and beautiful house.

Great place and location. I repeat - the location is incredibly convenient, there are exits to various transport systems from where you can easily get to any point you need. Everything was clean at home, there were all the necessary things, the owner kindly answered all our questions. It was a little chilly when we first moved in, but this was quickly resolved with the help of a thermostat, after that the apartment became warm. We are very glad that we chose this apartment

Sehr zu empfehlen ! Gute Lage, Supermarkt mit 24/7 Öffnungszeit, gute (seit Januar 2025 kostenlose) Busverbindung in die Innenstadt und ganz Belgrad, Parkplatz (mit etwas Glück) direkt vor dem Haus, große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, schnelles Internet, ruhige Nachbarschaft.

Milos był wspaniałym gospodarzem. Bardzo otwarty i sympatyczny. Świetna komunikacja, chętnie odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania. Polecił nam mnóstwo fantastycznych restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem. Mieszkanie znajduje się w genialnej lokalizacji, w samym centrum Belgradu. Większość atrakcji można zwiedzić pieszo. Wszystko pomiędzy cerkwią Św. Sawy i Twierdzą Kalemegdan jest dostępne w zasięgu spaceru. Do tego restauracje i sklepy. Samo mieszkanie jest na piątym piętrze budynku przy dużej ulicy (jest winda:)) dzięki czemu, łatwo dojechać samochodem, a widok z okien na nowoczesną zabudowę miasta jest bardzo przyjemny. Do naszej dyspozycji był salon z częścią jadalną, aneks kuchenny, sypialnia i łazienka. Wszystko dobrze wyposażone, czyste i komfortowe. Mimo zimowego pobytu w mieszkaniu było ciepło. Milos osobiście przekazał nam klucze. Czuliśmy się komfortowo. Parkowanie możliwe jest w strefie parkowania na ulicy jak i w pobliskim garażu. To dość dogodne opcje jak na centrum, ceny ok.

Super beliggenhed i område med gå-afstand til mange lokale restauranter og kaffebarer. Klart at anbefale for at opleve Beograd over et par dage. Daniel var en rigtig god vært. Meget hjælpsom.

The apartment is exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for both short and long stays. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Aleksandra is a fantastic host, responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place!

Super Unterkunft. Direkt im Zentrum, modern eingerichtet, neues Badezimmer und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Laura ist selber nicht vor Ort gewesen jedoch haben Ihre Eltern Sie einwandfrei vertreten. Sie wohnen direkt nebenan und sind absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt mit Laura ist einwandfrei. Kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Belgrad Besuch auch wieder die Wohnung buchen. Vielen Dank für die Beherbergung.

Great apartment with a great location!

The place was great, well located, big enough for comfortable staying. There are also two beautiful cats who live in garage, outside. The bed is so comfy too. The only negative things are hot water somehow is not hot enough. Also there could be thicker blanket. But the rest is great.

I had a lovely stay at Alexander apartman. The place is so nice and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is amazing — everything is nearby, but the apartment still feels peaceful and tucked away. One of my favorite things was the little garden with beautiful bird sounds in the morning. It really added to the charm of the place. Highly recommend!

Milovan’s apartment is clean, elegant, and equipped with all that you will need during your stay. Nice quiet location that is well lit with natural light streaming in through the large windows and with a grocery/convenience store just around the block. Milovan is an excellent friendly host who will make you feel at home, and is super helpful with all the information you need and is very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this choice. Great place if you need 2 separate bedrooms. Great location as well as all city transportation is easily accessible. Grocerie store and restaurants in close vicinity. Milica and Marko are very kind, proactive and all around great hosts. Definitely recommending their apartment. Thank you Milica & Marko :-)
