House was great! Small but not too small and perfect for vacation rental. Med sized dog, husband, and toddler loved it. Kenzie leaves you everything you need from a raised double dog dish to dishwasher and laundry pods….awesome attention to detail. Pics don’t do it justice as more outside and living room seating have been added. Fire pit was really cute and everything to get it started and have a fire were there even though we didn’t get a chance. Reasonable driving distance to VA beach, zoo, and playgrounds. Food easily accessible both driving and walking. Grocery store is close drive but don’t forget your butter. The corner store sees you coming! It was super clean well done and would love to stay again. Thank you Kenzie for being a great host!

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay, it was waking distance to many places including the beach! The house was also nice and tidy and welcoming.

Place was perfect for when we first arrived in the USA to start our new lives. With working at the Naval Base we wanted something fairly close, but also did not want to go to hotel for a prolonged period of between 2 and 4 weeks. So found this and it was just perfect - just 10 minute drive to work and conveniently located for access to everywhere. This place was ideal for a period of time until we found our permanent house. It was literally a home from home and as much as we love our permanent place part of us really miss this AirBnB.

Heron House was perfect! Great location to walk to the beach and to Mason Street shops. Our party of four was completely satisfied with the layout of the house and the many amenities. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s Airbnb off Shore Drive on Denwiddie From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care went into this place. The attention to detail was incredible—from the beautifully curated décor to the small but thoughtful touches like Band-Aids, cooking essentials, and other convenient extras that made a big difference. The location was perfect, and the space truly felt like home. Thank you, Diana, for creating such a welcoming and comfortable space!

We were locals needing a place to stay while our home was on the market, and this was our perfect home away from home. The decor and furnishings are modern and tasteful. It's conveniently located near highways, Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, and a nice Harris Teeter three minutes away for groceries. We appreciated that it was pet-friendly and had a fenced yard for our dog. We also enjoyed walking our dog in the subdivision across the street. We took full advantage of the LG washer and dryer, the comfy couch and huge Roku TV (easy to log into our streaming accounts), and a working kitchen with nice seating. Excellent local take-out spots are just three minutes away, too! The host was very proactive, friendly, and responsive with all communication. Kitchen supplies, dinnerware, etc. for cooking and eating are a bit sparse, so we supplemented with our own from home. The street the house is located on can be busy, and you can hear traffic inside. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

My wife and I have stayed at The Fish House several times. It is a wonderful respite from our urban home life. A great place to relax and appreciate the Northern Neck lifestyle. We love it here!

We have stayed multiple times at Vonda’s. She is an exceptional host and always so thoughtful and accommodating! We love how close her place is to Busch Gardens. We have stayed at both her places, will never stay anywhere else when we are in town! Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our long Easter weekend at Nataly’s 1st floor apartment in Virginia Beach! Great location:quiet,private,pretty backyard with nice deck,outside shower, and view of the water & lots of animal entertainment: Herons,Egrets,Mallards,fish,squirrels and 1 possum at night! 😆 The apartment is perfect for 2 people: Very Clean,comfy, & the Queen size Bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled so good! Loved the bathroom too! There’s so much to do, so many great places to eat at & funky bars & beer places to experience! Do yourself a favor and take a walk or rent bikes: You’re close enough to the beach-go enjoy it! We recommend “Rudee’s Tours”-The Dolphin Boat Cruise was AWESOME! We’ll be back! This is my new place to come for some away time. It was quaint and peaceful. It is an older place, but that was part of the charm. This place is focused on peace and rest. The location is good. It’s very walkable and LOTS of restaurants near. Very close to Norfolk Waterside…Just a $8 round trip ferry ride away. The bed was soft and i slept well. The host was very nice. A wonderful touch was some fresh muffins. It was a great getaway and I will DEFINITELY be back.

Steff’s place had all the right touches, from the soft comfy bedding to the Nintendo console. It felt like home, cozy and comfortable. The amenities were very thoughtful, especially the bacon & eggs as well as pizzas in the fridge. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Holmes and Kim’s lovely home. This stay is blocks away from the beautiful beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed a peaceful stay with wonderful weather to match, and Kim and Holmes were extremely friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again 😊. Thank you!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

This was better than expected. The condo was well appointed in all aspects, especially for a small space, it didn't feel small. location was perfect and views from this corner unit were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kattia's home. My teenage daughter and I were there for the weekend, as she was participating in a volleyball tournament. Kattia provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, obtain the parking pass, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that we were staying in a building with a secure access code. Kattia also customized our door code to one that we would remember for ease! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a message from Kattia welcoming us and wishing us luck at the tournament- so thoughtful! The kitchen had all of the amenities that we could possibly need, the bathrooms were clean, everything was labeled, and we watched a movie on what we considered a "big-screen TV"! The location is walkable to stores, restaurants and the beach, and Kattia provided recommendations and was communicative during the entire stay. Kattia is a lovely host who seemed genuinely invested in us having a pleasant stay, and we did!

We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.

The unit was as pictured and described. Very clean. Beautiful location and view. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Very convenient location to beach, walking / running path and bike riding. Host was easy to contact, friendly and responsive.

Kevin’s place was fantastic for what we needed. It’s clean, quiet, extremely close to the grocery store, and a hop and a skip away from the beach and restaurants. The keypads on the building and the unit itself make coming and going a breeze without having to remember a key. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Kevin!
