Russet overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. Located in the ancient village of Doynton, Apple Tree is a little gem if you want peace and quiet but, want to be within a short drive of Bath (15min), Bristol (20min) and the Cotswolds. The cottage is beautifully converted, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The countryside is outside the door and a 2min walk, a fantastic food pub - The Cross House. With the Cotswolds on your doorstep, places such as Westonbirt Arboretum, Badminton and Dyhram Park (NT) are a short drive.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees. A bridlepath runs outside the window where horses and dogs roam.

Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
