Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich etwas Besonderes. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt – nicht zuletzt dank des herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebers. Die Unterkunft selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: stilvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und mit einer Aussicht, die man so schnell nicht vergisst. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Wir wären am liebsten geblieben – es hat sich fast wie ein zweites Zuhause angefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Uns hat die Unterkunft besonders gut gefallen. Zum einen, ist die Unterkunft schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zudem ist die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind neuwertig und nicht abgenutzt. Die Lage ist super, weil es um die Villa herum ruhig ist und man dennoch sehr nah an der Stadt und somit an Restaurants Bars und Clubs ist. Man hat also alles von deinem. Der Poolbereich hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, sodass man sich in Ruhe Sonnen und diese ausnutzen kann. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft sind jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation ist super. Diese Unterkunft ist super empfehlenswert. Es sind super süße Katzen in der Umgebung, die sich nach Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit sehnen. Das war das aller schönste was wir in unserem Urlaub erleben durften.

You have to stay in this beautiful place, nestled in the mountains, with a spectacular view and you can watch the sunset. It’s off road so you need a car but centrally positioned in the island so exploring is easy. Zia is a stunningly beautiful place which you can walk to. The best sunset views and restaurants on the island. We were met by ourlovely hosts who couldn’t be more helpful, leaving us fruit and milk in the fridge and toast, biscuits and home made jam. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and beaches and Irene was only a message away for any needs. Extremely friendly and welcoming, meeting us in the early hours of the morning for that personal touch. The house is absolutely beautiful, traditional and so homely. The outside space is private and you can sit and watch the stunning view in absolute peace. There are lovely herbs growing in the patio area and an amazingly fragrant plant by the back door that only smells at night. An absolute must place !!

Eda, çok dost canlısı biri ve mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Çok ilgili davrandı. Annesi ve babası çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler (yemekte kuş sütü eksikti). Annesi çok sıcakkanlı davrandı. Dönüşte bizi uygun bir fiyata havaalanına bıraktılar . Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Bodrum merkez’de ve taksi ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz ulaşım konusunda zorlanmadık.

We've just returned from a totally magical holiday staying in Maria's home from home. It's truly an oasis of calm in a beautiful setting with a great outdoor space for chilling. We wanted to have a lovely Greek experience, rather than an ultra modern space, that could have been anywhere . . .and we got just that. Maria's place was just what the three of us wanted, enough space not to feel crowded, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace looking over the garden and the hammock was well used for a relaxing read. We even had a very vocal, friendly kitty who greeted us daily on our return from exploring the island. There's a great local supermarket close by and the waterfront and restaurants easy to reach. Kos town is close enough to dip your toes into "busy" if you fancy. Maria was always available if you needed advice or help, a lovely lady. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you Maria xx

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison. La vue et le jardin sont superbes, le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour profiter du coucher du soleil… La région de l’île où est situé la maison est une des plus jolie et permet de rayonner facilement de tous les côtés. Seul point de vigilance, il n’y a qu’une chambre fermée, les 2 autres sont en fait des alcôves : une en mezzanine et l’autre dans la pièce de vie sur le modèle des maisons traditionnelles grecques.

A very comfortable and very well appointed apartment that is 50 meters to the beach and 50 meters to the Dolmus which transports you to Bodrum for 50TL. We could not have been happier with our stay and the prompt responses from Janice. Turn right at the bottom of the steps and walk down the street and around the bend to a well stocked market. A fruit and vegetable stand is just beyond the market. Many nice restaurants along the beach in either direction. We preferred those to the right. We have enjoyed Airbnb's around the world and this is one of our favorites.

It was a very nice stay! The large terrace was wonderful and there was everything you need. I would book it again!! Thanks also to George who was very helpful and always checked on our well being.

Sûrement le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel nous avons séjourné : appartement très propre, correspond à la description, literie confortable, 2 terrasses privées avec de la vue, très bien placé à 10mn du centre, calme, super super bien équipé, très pratique quand on voyage léger : serviettes, serviettes de plage, shampooing, après shampooing, lave linge, il y a tout ! Clim, rangements, Netflix, wifi, tout pour se préparer à manger et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner du matin, le luxe ! Et puis il y a Dina & Maria, à l'écoute si besoin, d'une grande gentillesse qui nous ont super bien accueillis : conseils, horaires des bus, carte de l'île et des petits cadeaux qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Vraiment le TOP DU TOP, vous ne pourrez pas mieux tomber. Encore merci Dina & Maria pour tout, votre appartement ainsi que votre accueil ont été un réel atout pour des vacances réussies.

Super appartement, nous avons séjourné une semaine à Kos et le logement était impeccable pour cette période. Maria est très gentille, très réactive aux messages! Merci encore :)

Ahmet ist der hilfsbereiteste Vermieter, den ich bisher kennengelernt habe! Wir waren zu 7t (2 Familien) in Ahmets Haus- mit der schönsten Aussicht auf Bodrum! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool & die Terasse ein Ort sowohl zum Spaß haben als auch zum entspannen! Wir haben uns mit Ahmets Unterstützung einen Mietwagen geholt (Parkplatz am Haus) und waren täglich auf Stranderkundungstour, bevor es abends auf Stadterkundungstour ging noch etwaige Stunden am Pool! Das Haus hat das separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ebenerdig zum Pool/Terrasse, ebenso im Haupthaus eine Toilette, im ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht und 2 Bäder! Die Küche ist sehr geräumig! Die Terrasse bietet Schattenplätze! Also wenn Bodrum, dann bei Ahmet und Valerie- ein zuvorkommendes und sehr sehr höfliches Vermieterpaar! Absolut empfehlenswert als Rückzugs- und Genusspunkt und Bodrum ist diese Haus!

Schöne Villa in guter und ruhiger Lage mit tollem und weitem Blick über das Meer bis zur Türkei. Schöne Terrasse mit großem Pool, ausreichend vielen qualitativ guten Liegen, einer Loungeecke, Wirlpool, … Sehr zuvorkommende, immer erreichbare Gastgeber mit herzlichen Service durch Maria. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt!

Our stay at La Boheme Ashram was fantastic! It was a last minute booking for us (<8 hours) and Soli made sure that everything was taken care of despite being half way around the world! He was extremely attentive during our stay, and the villa was exactly what we were looking for near Yalikavak. Soli's place is a perfect choice if you're looking to combine privacy and luxury. A++

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Kos! The apartment was luxurious and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful interior that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The jacuzzi was a fantastic highlight, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Stelinos was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly, always available to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

Bu villada Ekim ayı olmasına rağmen sıcak bir hava ile yazdan kalma unutulmaz günler geçirdik. Villa ilk girdiğimiz an muhteşem manzarasıyla bizi karşıladı. Mobilyaları şık modern ve oldukça zevkle döşenmiş, ilk andan itibaren kendimizi özel hissettirdi. Tüm yatak odalarının engelsizce denize bakması ve her odada kendine ait bir banyo-WC olması muhteşem bir detaydı. Kim hangi odada kalacak kavgası yaşamadık :) Mutfakta lazım olabilecek aklınıza gelebilecek tüm eşyalar düşünülmüş. Sadece pazar ve Market alışverişi yaparak hem kahvaltı hem de akşam yemeği hazırladık. Aslında niyetimiz kahvaltıları villada yapıp akşam dışarıda yemekti. Ancak mutfağın manzarası olan o muhteşem gün batımını kaçırmak istemedik. Yemek yapmak hiç böyle zevk vermemişti. Villanın barbekü köşesi de çok iyi düşünülmüştü. Ilık bir Akdeniz akşamında güzel bir mangal keyfi yaptık. Çamaşır makinası ve kurutucu olması da bizim için kolaylık oldu. Villayı tekrar tercih etmek için güzel bir sebebimiz var .

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

Il soggiorno in Villa da Alexander è stato perfetto! La villa corrisponde alla foto, anzi è molto meglio dal vivo, la struttura è fornita di tutto cioè che potreste pensare di aver bisogno, è incredibile. La zona è ben riservata e controllata, inoltre è in un punto sopra elevato dove si vedono albe e tramonti da sogno. Infine, Alexander è un host perfetto, spiega tutto nei minimi dettagli, ci ha consigliato posti di mare e ristoranti, a volte prenotando anche per noi. Spero prima o poi di ritornarci! Villa e Host super consigliato!!

We had a lovely stay at Erkan's place. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the place was very user friendly and the house was spacious for our family needs. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there was lots to do and see. Erkan was a great host, very helpful and responsive when we needed anything.
