Great proximity to Lake Winni, Sewall Woods, Cottonwood Rail Trail. It's an easy 1 hr drive from Manchester airport or 2 hr from Boston.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful quintessential lake house. Located on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in Chestnut Cove. The Derby house has 100 feet of private waterfront, beach and a large deep water crib dock. Relax and dine on the large deck by day and sit by the waters edge and enjoy a crackling fire while star gazing at night. There is plenty of space for your boat, kayak, canue etc. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the sandy beach with easy access to swimming & snorkeling.

The Grey Shingles Camps property has been a cottage colony since the 1940's. After extensive renovations, our guests enjoy this historic property with a modern sensibility! The property has five acres of open lawn ,woodland, orchard, and private waterfront with sandy beach and docks on pristine Rust Pond. Amenities include kayaks, SUP's, canoes, sunfish; Pickleball, basketball, & more. The Rec Hall has a full kitchen, living room with cable TV, ping pong, foosball, & more!

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

**WINTER SPECIAL** Stay Friday and Saturday and Sunday night is free on non-holiday weekends. Often described as Wolfeboro's favorite house, this historic Victorian sits right downtown Wolfeboro and on the water looking across to the town docks, Brewster Academy and Wolfeboro Bay. This two-story unit, occupying the second and third floors, has a beautiful porch overlooking the bay and is located by the famous Yum Yum Shop.
