Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

The apartment is very comfortable. It’s in a quiet residential area with nice local amenities. It’s a short drive into the city or via frequent bus service. D&A are friendly and respond promptly to any questions. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time we visit Sheffield.

Philip went the extra mile in every way to help with our stay, meeting us on arrival to local restuarant recommendations. The apartment was functional and well located.

As always another great apartment with Steve. We have stayed a few times in one of his other properties and have always had the best of times.Big tv, comfy big bed, great efficient heating if needed and piping hot water. Very individual, well thought out with everything you need, whether staying in or going out. Castle Donnington is a fantastic location, amazing village with so much to do from shopping for quirky gifts, massage, hair cut or eating and drinking. We have explored them all and loved it. We ate this time at Orissa, an incredible Indian, 5 minutes walk away. Donnington race track is a few minutes drive away. We always feel right at home. The on street parking is always easy.

Maybe the best holiday home we’ve stayed in! The home is gorgeous and extremely comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. As it is right above the (excellent) wine bar, it was noisy on the Friday night, but this was no problem for us - in fact, we enjoyed it, and our kids, who slept in the smaller room, didn’t even notice. However, this plus the stairs up to the apartment might make it not ideal for all guests. Pippa was lovely and super responsive, and the village has excellent pubs/restaurants, plus a great bakery and coffee shop. We will definitely stay here again if Pippa will have us - we can’t recommend it highly enough.

We had a lovely stay in Buxton! The location is amazing—just a short walk into town, which made everything super convenient. The two bedrooms were perfect for our group and very comfortable. We did end up using the sofa bed as well; just a heads-up that it’s on the smaller side, so something to keep in mind if your a 6 person group. When we realised we’d forgotten to bring bedding for it, Fiona was incredibly kind and helped us out, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place and a wonderful host.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

The location was amazing we had great time there. There were a few spiders but I am sure that’s how it is in this season. We were slightly confused on how to operate the centralised heater there weren’t a manual on it. Its was overall a great place to stay in and a great host.

Sarah has the most beautiful home, it was so clean and tidy and such a peaceful stay, I have absolutely fell in love with the place, Sarah is such a fantastic host and made sure everything went smoothly, She also left us a complimentary breakfast and a big variety of teas and coffee's, we will definitely be making this a regular monthly stay to ease the stresses of a hectic family life and gaining some quality time together in this beautiful place,

Really enjoyed the long stay in this place. Spotless and pristine. The cooking utensils and cutlery are all perfect, clean and like new. The cleanliness are our main thing and really happy with it.

We had a really lovely stay here and would highly recommend the house. It’s brand new, beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

Very communicative and kind host who left us some goodies and milk for our arrival. The flat is in a good location in a quiet street.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

With such a short notice Kiran responded to our request quickly. Information on given how to get there, sat nav will not take you direct to the property, and what was available in the local area was very useful. The accommodation was as described and extremely well presented. The whole flat was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Matlock Bath and the area has lots to offer, to stay here with a beautiful view from the window is worth while. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kiran.

We had a lovely stay at this property! We booked extremely last minute due to other accommodation falling through and were pleasently surprised by how modern, clean, and comfortable the flat was. I would definitely book again.

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

Amazing apartment exactly as in the pictures. Really great location with it being right next to the cinema. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Shower was really nice. TV had Netflix etc for streaming which was really good. Could also play music through a speaker in the apartment or through the TV. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Loved our stay, and would definitely come back again. We’d booked for the night so we could get to the Crucible for the snooker. The flat is easy to find, with parking, and only 30 minute walk to The Crucible, so perfect for what we needed. The location is also great, with lots of bars and restaurants just a short walk away, and a Tesco and an M&S a few minutes walk. The flat itself, is really well done out, very clean, and you get everything you’d need for your visit. Arriving for the snooker, we needed to arrive earlier for check-in, but that wasn’t a problem, Jermaine was really responsive to my queries and made the weekend stress free. If I’m lucky enough to get tickets for next year, I’ll definitely be looking to see if this is free for our return trip. Thank you!

My little bit of heaven. Absolutely love staying here. Immaculately clean, all the amenities I need and the occasional visit from two beautiful little cats. In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!
