Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

There is a sink, fridge, microwave & hot plate-no stove. Private entrance, private space with queen bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room, dining room and kitchenette. We do have dogs on site. They are friendly but can be placed inside if you prefer when you're arriving/leaving.
