We had a great time at this location! It was very clean and spacious. Very relaxing space… I loved sitting on the balcony & enjoying the view of the sphere. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveling with a toddler and a dog we had to make an unexpected stop. Dario quickly accommodated our last minute booking and answered all my questions. The people working at the valet, bell desk and front desk were all prompt and kind. The home was exactly as described, very cozy, a close walk to Las Vegas Blvd, and clean. I would recommend and will stay here again thank you so much, Dario.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were amazing as described and it was an ideal location for wandering the strip. There were a few things we wanted…eg. some plates and glasses and a wine opener. We called housekeeping and they brought everything promptly. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to our friends!

Great stay. Myself and guests had a great time. the rental is inside a gated community which is nice. surrounded by great food options. My only complaint has nothing to do with the host or unit. there were no handicap accessible sidewalks that we could find near the unit, so getting a wheelchair or scooter on and off the side walk was challenging. other then that. House was well stocked and very clean. would recommend.

Amazing spot to visit Las vegas, its close to everything you want to do. Nicole is super helpful with everything. very peaceful, with easy parking. great night view of the city skyline. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy was an excellent, friendly, responsive host. She made sure we had everything we needed, and she answers all questions promptly. Location was fairly close to Red Rock Canyon, which was our destination. Walmart supercenter is down the street. The amenities are great. Wonderful outdoor lounging area complete with pool, fireplace, TV, grills (gas, charcoal), and furniture. Things to note: - Don’t make my mistake of assuming the spa is a hot tub. It is not. - The clothes washer is a small thing you fill from the bath tub, and it has a squeeze dryer, after which you need to hang your clothes to dry, but there is a clothes line and pins, and the lounge has columns where the line is easy to tie up. Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Overall great place to stay. Roughly 12 minutes to the strip. The house was SPOTLESS. Make sure to read the descriptions carefully, very specific instructions about the hot tub use. It’s an amenity my guest and I looked forward too and missed out because of the fine print from the owner.

This place was exactly what it was described to be and so much more.The host was great and friendly always responded right away.Having the pool and hot tub was so much fun and all the indoor games kept everyone happy.The house was fully stocked for all our cooking and so many toiletries were available also lots of snacks to help yourself.Only a quick ten minute uber ride to the strip.We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a fab property. It has everything we need and it made the stay more comfortable because Lawrence is responsive. He has made it perfectly and the house has a good interior and is therefore the perfect place to stay. I’ll surely come back

We had a great stay at this house, it was perfect for our family and had all the amenities we wanted. John was an exceptional host, great communication and quick to respond to minor inquiries. This was a quiet neighborhood which suited us perfectly, it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go as we had a vehicle. Highly recommend!

Warm house with nice decorations and big space. We need five rooms for everyone's privacy; Tina's house really meet our requirements! Will recommend this house to visitors who need 4 or 5 bedrooms.

Great place to stay. Host was quick and friendly with messages. The house was clean, dog friendly, and had plenty of space: 4 bedrooms and a big kitchen with lots of seating at the table and island. The house looked exactly like the pictures in the profile. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip, 15 minutes to Fremont Street, and a short drive (~5 minutes) to stores and restaurants. The backyard’s large with a hot tub and fire pit. EV charger in the garage. Would definitely book again.

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

I would recommend staying at this location for anyone wishes to be close to the strip. The check-in process was fast and easy, I would say, take cash with you. The valet is free, they go off tips. Overall I would stay at this location again.

I booked Demarie & Sela’s place while in town for a friend’s wedding in Las Vegas, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. After a long and exhausting 13-hour tour to Antelope Canyon, coming back to their place was a true relief — it was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable.
